I didn’t like how long it takes to exist the hotel to get on the parkway!

Ok in general hotel is fine like media but we have a breakfast and our food was horrible no cooking and me and my wife have food poisoning until today is 4 days after, that’s happen on Friday 8/2
Courtyard Katy mills and we ask for some paper for bathroom never come. No good experience!!!

This property was very nice and classy. Loved the oversized room with two beds (pullout in living room) and two TVs and wet bar 🍸 And the ambience of the pool area and hot tub with fire pit was serene. Having access to hot breakfast in the morning and drink available at the bar in the evening was a bonus.

The staff was very accommodating even with an extremely late arrival. The facility itself was very well maintained and clean in all guest areas. The pool/hot tub area was clean and family friendly

Liked that there was shoppes around and food near by and located nor near far from my event that I attended. Really nice and comfortable. Definitely staying here again if I go visit Katy again.

The toilet was too low and there was no magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom. Other than those two things, everything was fine.

Overall the property is nice. The pool and outside seating is very nice. On days 1-3 of our stay we notified to front desk that the air conditioner was not working properly and making loud noises. We were advised someone would go up and check it out. Nothing ever came of it and the loud banging air conditioner continued for the entirety of the our stay. Made it tough to get rest. Staff was friendly and personable. Disappointed at the follow through on the AC will not stay again.

DONT STAY HERE ITS SO UNSAFE!! An employee entered my room in the middle of the night while we were sleeping and stole from us. The scary thing is that my husband had left for a bit and I was alone in our room and the guy that entered our room didn’t know my husband was back so he was expecting me to be alone. It was such a scary experience and the manager, Perla, couldn’t give a care along with her staff member, sofia. I filed a police report and left the hotel asap. Honestly so dissatisfied with how everything was handled. I left traumatized with the image of a random man entering my hotel room in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. Disgusted and creepy and shame on management for the way they handled the situation.

Excellent stay. Staff were great, check-in was smooth, great area. The only issue was with breakfast. On booking 2 breakfast each morning was included but when we went down fir breakfast Saturday we were told it only included 1 breakfast each morning.

WE REQUESTED ON THE APP A TWO QUEEN , WHEN WE ARRIVED WE WERE NOTIFIED OUR ROOM WAS NOT AVAILBLE AND PUT US IN A KING AND EXTENDED SOFA THE AC WAS EXTREMLY LOUD WE WERE EXTREMLY TIERED TO COMPLAIN AT MOMENT

The afternoon shift front desk need to work on costumer service. They speak to you with sarcasm words. The other things are amazing. Breakfast was fantastic ( and the people at the breakfast super nice persons)

Location was great! Staff was friendly. Bed was hard and pillows were flat.They have a Starbucks in the lobby however the espresso machine was down so if you wanted anything other than regular coffee you were out of luck.
