SCAM! New management is HORRIBLE! Booked a higher priced site because it was the only one "available". Was placed in a cheaper room & was not told. Went to talk to the employees & was told the are issues with the suite & they couldn't refund me the difference. So. I WAS FORCED TO PAY FOR A SUITE & GOT THE CHEAPER ROOM WITH NO REFUND.

Dirty and dangerous area! Old hotel furniture dumped right outside. Shady men that seem homeless hanging out in the back of the parking lot.

Hotel staff are rude and don’t care if they mess up a booking. Payed for a studio suite online and when I got there they give me a normal room and say there’s no suites available, won’t refund me the extra for the room downgrade or anything all they said is I can cancel if I want, paid for a suite and got a normal room which is cheaper than I paid and they won’t refund the difference.

TV didn’t work. No closet space. Filthy bed linen.

Dirty room, cigarette burn on the bed comforter, no furniture in the room other than a bed, sketchy people hanging around the property. Would not recommend.

To many people hanging outside our room and people just looking for what room is open, I haven’t felt this unsafe at a property in a while. And I travel a lot.

There was a $30.00 dollar charge every visit. I was very upset with this practice. I never got $20 dollars in return. I always say don’t expect karma when you commit theft.

Upon arrival, the front desk asked me for a cash deposit, despite the terms stating that it was going to be a $50 credit card hold. When I went into the room, there was stains on the wall and the bathroom tub was questionable and cleanliness. I looked at the bed and noticed that the comforter was stained and the blanket underneath it had various cigarette holes, I called the front desk and they told me that they did not have any more blankets to spare. She said that I should come While she double checks. She handed me another blanket with what appeared to have a dried up crayon or gum. She then told me that she cannot control what her previous customers do. She asked me if I wanted a refund and I did call Hotels.com.

What is advertised is absolutely a misleading false claim. -No jetted Tubs -Filthy stained bedding -TV didnt work -Holes in the wall -Rude Service -Filthy premises -False Advertising -Illegal activity I would add pics if it would allow it with my review. Funny how it wont allow an upload.

Water on several of the stories of stairwell- super high risk of falls, and another puddle of water in front of the room- it hadn't been raining. The room was ALL tagged up, light fixture and smoke detectors broken, the microwave and fridge all dented up, I've never seen a room like this. The number on the door was missing a number- it wasn't fit to give to anyone. I got it on expedia for over $70. The staff was rude and didn't care or try to accomodate.

Not recommended pay one price and pay for another room because the other one was so nasty and dirty sheets dirty

This place is very very bad! I was charged an extra $30 supposedly because what I paid through travelocity an old room and the extra charge was for a new room. Nothing was new but the floor. No TV service, it was a cold rainy night and the heater didn’t work and the sheets were dirty stained. Loud music playing. It’s a very bad place. Shouldn’t even be listed in this website. Not worth it!!

Check in bad service rude, charged extra. In view of court yard there was burnt mattresses outside. looked unsafe and hazardous had non-smoking, but room had horrible dirty comforter stained, and huge burnt marks. the pillows were stained the wall and ceiling as well there where cockroaches in the bathrooms. there was porn on the tv and no parent controls set up. Lots if comotion throughout the day. check in specified like 3 different times no refunds and that they where not responsible for thefts or break ins stay at your own risk. please, do not recommend, we would of just left but i was with family late out somewhere i didnt know.

Nothing, this is an unsanitary, health hazardous, unsafe hotel. There is nothing Five Star of this hotel. Light fixtures with no light bulb. Door strip lifted, i know maintenance had to see a pice of metal being a tripping hazard. BURNT MATTRESSES in the parking lot. Im very shocked Expedia has it as a 3.5 star hotel. Im sure Expedia is not checking facilities they are advertising on their website.Extremly disposable at 99.00 a night its not a cheap hotel.

Terrible stay, sheets had cigarette holes, drawers had graffiti all over, floor had dirt everywhere and the bathroom was in terrible condition. Front desk lady is very rude, denied me a refund because I opened the door and went in for 1 minute, she said because of that the room is used so no refund.

There are TWO kinds of rooms at this hotel. Some are new and some are very old, run down. However, despite the graffiti on the wall and old furniture etc, everything was physically clean. All the equipment worked and the staff was pleasant to deal with. Yes it’s an old run down hotel, but renovations are clearly being made and it’s in a very safe area. Not the best, but if you’re passing through the area and must lay your head for a night or two, it’ll do.

Very dirty room, drawers missing, 1 of TV's was not hooked up and no remotes, toilet seat was broken, only 2 towels, door to the bathroom would not close, bed cover was torn, the elevator was filthy, with cigarettes butts on the floor, and graffiti on the walls, AND on top of it all the staff was RUDE! It should be called 1 Star Hotel.. worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my 45 years of travel. Avoid at all costs.

I found 2 roaches refrigerator, I move the mattress over and found a syringe....I

Dry poop and blood on walls. Graffiti in bathroom and on portraits. Drawers were extremely dirty, stained and had weird paint running down it. Left after 2 hours of trying to get hotel and Expedia to refund me. Expedia is the worst for allowing hotels to bait and switch customers.

I didn’t even get to check in they told me I couldn’t get the room that you guys cancelled and I didn’t even get the room

they need to remodel this hotel. curtain had gum. no light in the bathroom when we got there. pls change your picture on the site how it actually looks like in the person. will not be staying here again. I dont not recommend anyone to stay here.

The staff is very rude (a lil kid) idk who he is but very rude to my wife.

Room is not up to date there are two sides if they don't like how you look they put you on the side with graffiti and roaches. No working shower just a bobbypin where the handle should be. No remote to the TV. Door barely felt closed had to put the chair there all night to feel remotely safe. Graffiti everywhere on the walls elevator furniture. Staff is also not nice, they don't have phones in the room so they don't want you to bother them. You can't request for anything past 5pm no staff available. Ice machine doesn't work , vending machine doesn't work and the soap is cheap.

Disgusting with a bunch of tweakers staying there.
