They were working on the stairs during our stay it was just inconvenient and loud.

What I did enjoy was the energy and interaction with one of the evening agents as I was checking in. The property was very nice and the lobby was welcoming.

What I did not appreciate is the room I was assigned. It was not what I paid for, it was lack there of. There was a missing television, space furniture, and the AC was not working good. I did contact the front desk and a different agent answered the call, giving me attitude like my dislike for the room accomodations was not a valid complaint. He said they don't have any other rooms and maintenance was not there to help. I explained the inconvenience again and pushed the idea I wasn't happy and wanted another option. The agent told me he did have one other room that would be better and I could come to front desk. I got to fd and was given another room. This time the privacy curtains in the front room didn't even cover the entire window, how odd. This is a suite, as booked, and I was unable to make use of front room because clearly you could see right into my room. Not only that, but the AC wasn't working at all, the weather had been extremely hot into the evening so I was sweating profusely. There was only 1 tv again and the cable wasn't even working. I called the front desk and he had no idea what to say or do. I mean with the only TV in the suite, you could hear glimpses of the words and fuzz throughout the picture on the screen, it was awful. I was really upset about the discomfort I was having. Anytime I was in contact with the front desk, it was like I was bothering them and they pointed fingers at maintenance. Hospitality is all about servicing and creating an experience and this was far from it. I was only there 1 night so they had no solutions for me. Very uncomfortable and saddening they don't understand hospitality and have no care to look further in helping customers. I'd recommend management step in and train their agents better in responding to guest complaints and being more hospitable when there is an issue at hand. If the rooms are not ready to be occupied they should remain out of order until fixed.

I liked the hotel the scenery and the pool the best!! It was a fun time there!! Loved our room Great workers front desk and worker that was changing trash was helpful caring and kind.

I didn't like us having to move rooms twice because the ac didn't work at all Didn't realize that people actually stay there live there but it wasn't bad Bathroom door wouldn't close at all

Room was a bit old, some lights didn't work and bathroom had some hair in it. But all in all ok. The only very bad thing was the breakfast, there were only sausages, potatoes and toast. Everyone was complaining about it.

Staff was friendly. Nice decor in the lobby.

Bathroom in our room was dirty. Someone left their hair clip along with some hair in the bathtub which made it obvious it wasn’t cleaned. They also require a $200 deposit…the rooms are not nice enough for that much of a deposit.

I liked the price and the location. The pool and the surrounding trees were pretty.

The jacuzzi was green, the bed mattress was on wood which was not comfortable to sleep on. The sliding glass door in the main bedroom had so much dust on it that previous guests had written their names in the dust. The breakfast was cold and the microwave shorted out when we tried to reheat it.

first of all the room was so dirty , they need to focus more and the cleaning the price was good for the nights I stay on , but they really need to focus more and having a clean place for costumers. the pool was so dirty as well it need a little work on that , the jacuzzi water was cold. not a good service.

the room smelled bad when we walked in also the restroom wasn’t clean I saw hairs in the shower and the bed was also not clean luckily I brought my own blanket !! also the staff is really rude and not friendly at all , the coffee maker wasn’t even working and when I let them know they didn’t even do nothing about it or even try to solve my problem over all this hotel sucks and won’t be coming back !!!
