They did not have a least coffee as the add said

Owner/managers are just starting to get thing ship shape and doing vary well. My stay ways great. They have a security guard on duty at night, thing being what they are in today's world. It's that they take pride in making a person who is traveling feel safe.

It was great! Value for price is very fair. If you need a great place to stay, whether long term or just for the night, this is where to go without parting ways with too much cash.

The couple running the motel was super nice and our room was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of homeless people in the area around the property which made me feel uneasy.

This place has a bad past reputation. I stayed for over a week and had zero issues.

The motel is quiet and I feel safe compared to other motels in spokane. The personell treat customers better than anywhere I've stayed. I plan to stay every time I visit spokane.

The front office staff is incredibly nice and professional. The rooms are pretty spacious. The beds are really comfortable and the amenities are pretty sweet. I will say though, that it’s in a sketchier part of town and with that comes individuals who you might not necessarily want around. Also, the rooms do have a bit of residual smoke smell to them even though they are listed as non-smoking rooms. Overall, it’s not a bad place to stay, just maybe keep a taser on you.

Everyone was courteous and the room was spacious. Also, giant plants in the lobby!

Nice size room with air conditioner. Bed was comfortable. With a table and chair.

Window didnt lock smelt like weed and smoke everything was dirty and the door looked like it had been kicked in at some point. Front desk lady was very cool though

They made up some stuff to keep my deposit the air conditioner didn't work

Dirty everything. Bathtub yellow/black leaking (could not take shower because of dirty,unhealthy condition) Smells horrible cigarettes, etc...and it's marked like no smoking 🚭!!! My pillow cases had been gray!!! I ask replacement and it had been visible how dirty original had been. Stay away from this getto with permanently living residents and bad activities what's going on there

It was easy to get to and economical

I just had to be in Spokane overnight getting in late and leaving in the morning, so booked for convenience of downtown (edge) location fpr a breakfst meeting, and on the cheap. The property was a bit more rundown and "sketchy" than anticipated. Bed was fine. The towels were small and rough texture. The evening clerk was friendly and still on shift in the morning when I dropped my key. To note, there is a railroad tressel that runs right behind the north wing of the motel. Multiple trains came through. Fortunately I was on the east wing, but still got the noise.

Room wasn’t cleaned when I walked in. Dirty sheets and towels still laying around. From desk lady was really apologetic and got my room cleaned up. She saved this review from being 1 star.

The room was very dirty and just about every thing in the room was falling apart or broken. Will tell all people to avoid this place at all costs.
