Clean and comfortable in a very pleasant setting. Full size coffee maker a plus! Complimentary microwave popcorn too. Nice general store with deli across the street. I'll be back if I'm traveling through again

Sequoia Lodge is a great place to relax along the Kern River. The manager on site (Steve) was great and very helpful. The patio deck overlooking the river is awesome
Definitely going to book this place again !.
Also, it does not hurt to have the Kernville store across the street, never went into town once for food, drinks, etc.

Delightful stay on the river with access to the beach. The rooms are very small but very clean and adorable! There is a little general store across the street that serves delicious food in a little sit down area in the store. Definately would stay again.

The hangout areas outside the rooms are a nice peaceful way to relax after a long hike. The pathway to the river was also very nice

I travel a lot for work. The property is really beautiful calm located to activities on the river yet close enough to work. There are great local restaurants less than 5 min away.

Everything was good, nothing to complain about but nothing to get excited about either. Paid a lot for the room, was expecting a little more. All in all, it was a nice place.

This is most definitely one our most favorite places that we’ve stayed at. The outside is decorated really cute and the inside of our room/lodge was adorable, such a cabiny feel. Super clean, inside & out. The man at the front desk was very nice & gave us great suggestions on where to eat, shop and take a short walk/hike. We will for sure be going back there in the future. A

This was my second time, this is the best place to enjoy the river , without crows , location, customer service, cleaning needs a little more effort, but I really love this place

We had an amazing time out in kernville. The sequoia lodge was very clean and in a great location next to the river. The management was very nice. There's a little store across the street that is very convenient. About a couple miles down theres the Cheryl dinner that is family friendly. The only thing i would complain of would be the beds. There very hard on your back. I need a soft mattress and there far from it. I would definitely stay again here but would have to bring my own pillow top comforter to soften up the mattress.

We had a great overnight stay. The air-conditioning was a lifesaver, the bed was comfy, and the room was clean. The service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Always have a great time staying at the Sequoia Lodge, host was extremely friendly.. My go to lodge when heading to kernville.. Easy walk to the river, plenty of areas to relax.

Steve, grounds manager, was absolutely the best! He was personable, friendly, helpful, and always available. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully set up. Access to the mighty Kern River was only steps away, with a nice platform to sit at, while enjoying its beauty.
We would highly recommend this place.

Sequoia Lodge is beautiful. The grounds are well kept. The manager Steve is great. The Kern river runs across the back of the property with nice deck patios over looking the river. The rooms are clean with country decor. We had a great 2 day stay.

I checked it late. Appreciate the owner waiting for me to get there to hand me the key's. Right below is the amazing Kern river. At night the sounds of the river, frogs, crickets was amazing.
