Lovely hotel right in Karon and near beach. I didn't eat there but the cafe below looked great. Happy to help people!

I had excellent communication with the hotel prior to my stay but found the reception a little brusque (I did arrive v late at night to be fair) and I didn’t receive my requested quiet room. The room was up 2 flights of stairs. There is no lift so only stay here if you are traveling light. I got a lot of street noise from the bars that first night but things were quieter for the following 3 nights- I did put both fan and air con on. The room was big and spotlessly clean. The bed was a little hard and was 2 singles made up as a double. The pillows were comfortable. It had a very functional Asian style wet bathroom with a rain shower with great water pressure. There is a safe and plenty of drawers and cupboard space with hangers. I came and went with little interaction from the reception except they checked several times to make sure I checked out at exactly the right time. I ate at the steak restaurant downstairs last night. The steak was worth the price. The hotel is close to beach, shops and cafes. For a short, no fuss break I would definitely stay again.

I can't say enough good things about this property. In fact we love it so much we booked ourselves back here again in a week! The location is fantastic it's on a lively little side street if you want to see the action request a room on the street if you want it quiet request a room on the back side. We were on the third floor, no elevator but we love the exercise up and down the stairs so book accordingly. it's a couple of minute walk to one of the nicest beaches on Phuket, Karon Beach. The stay here comes with full use of the upscale Pacific club hotel with an incrediible rooftop pool, herbal steam bath and jucuzzi pool a short bike ride away. The food in the restaurant is exceptional in both places. Staff here are wonderful and genuinely accomadating. May especially was an added ray of sunshinare. Can't wait to come back:)

Overall very nice budget hotel. We were move down a block to the Paradise Inn (sister hotel) and it was very nice. Spacious room, comfy bed, nice sized bathroom, good security. Also, the location is great in north Karon near good restaurants, bars, and the beach. A little far from south Karon, but wasnt a problem for us at all. Only real complaint was that the AC didnt cool the room as much as we would like. Also, the staff was really helpful, even using their personal phones to call when my phone wasnt working. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with lovely staff. Bed comfy and bathroom clean with good selection of shampoo etc. The room was quiet no noise from outside but when air con on powerful it was intermittently loud meaning I woke up a lot during the night. A bonus is the free use of another hotels roof top pool between 4.30pm and 11pm!

This hotel has a sister property name paradise in which is where we were fortunate enough to stay. Our room is fabulous and had a separate kitchen area with a pretty decent size fridge as well as the couch a few other seating areas lots of storage including a walk-in closet. Even got two bottles of water complementary daily!

Stayed here 14 nights, exceeded my expectations as a budget hotel.Room was large, comfy, quiet, clean. Had everything you could want. No electric jug but microwave instead to heat water but few days later, jug was (unexpectedly) provided.Bathroom was good, But shower water temps adjustments was fiddly.

Was amazing hope to provide breakfast only i got car to airport at 5 am and told them the day before and they didnt tell that the lobby is closed till 6 am... but perfect hotel i would love to go there again

Good place, good beds, near beach

Generally, the stay is worth the money. The room is larger than most hotels for the price you pay. It will be great if there is a kettle to boil water whenever we needed, instead of having to go down to the reception to collect hot water all the time. It will also be nice if the shower head is bigger with a higher water pressure.

Perfect hotel for the price we paid. Was 50% when we went. Clean and well located. Shower head was busted though.

Stayed here since we took a very late flight into Phuket, and felt it would be wasted if we booked our pricier hotel for just a few hours sleep.The reception had closed for the night (we arrived at 3:30AM), but there was a number to call the reception staff for emergencies. The lady who answered was more than happy to check us in, and showed us to our rooms. Very helpful.The rooms themselves were sufficient for what we wanted - a relatively clean place to freshen up, and rest for a few hours before moving to our main hotel.Its a little dated, and the en-suite showers are more like wet rooms, but at this price-point its difficult to fault. Ironically, their WIFI was faster and more stable than the 2 other hotels we stayed at which were 4-6 times the price of Karon Café Inn.Location is perfect for those who want to be right in the middle of the vibrant night-life of the more laid-back Karon area. Overall, a reasonable choice for those who are on a tight budget, or those who just want an in-between place to stay whilst travelling somewhere else.Depending on which room you are given, do expect loud music from the nearby bars that are open late.

Room was great, the food is also quite good but the room was facing a street full of bars and restaurant so not ideal if you like quiet nights

Guest House is nicely located,Beach about 5 min walk. The Standard rooms are small,Deluxe more spacious.Food menu is good and reasonably priced.Breakfast buffet is good and available until 1,30pm. Located amongst nightlife,bars,etc.which are noisy until 2 am. No lift,and stairs steep and all rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors. Staff were deplorable! unhelpful,unfriendly,miserable,in fact the worst i have experienced in 16 years staying in Thailand. They really let down this reasonably priced House. I found it very difficult to communicate and they were certainly not a member of the Land of Smiles!

I stayed here for 10 nights in December. Hotel was great economy value. Rooms are nothing fancy but good bed, shower, and A/C. The cafe restaurant is excellent and breakfast buffet decent price too. 5 minute short walk to beach and many food places, 7 eleven, massage parlor a close by. I went to kata a few times and found it to be very small for the number of people. Very happy with Karon beach as very easy to find a quiet spot to yourself as very large. Big Buddha, Karon View point, Kata, Chalong, Rawaii, and promthep cape are short taxi trip away as well.
