The apartment is a real home from home. We booked both bedrooms and had plenty of space. Easy drive into Peterborough or to Trent University. Hosts are very welcoming.

Booking was simple, the room (apartment, really) was like a home away from home, and the hosts were friendly and happy to out. Would definitley come.back.

We loved the owner and staff they were so kind and accommodating. They even drive us to our wedding and offered to come get us if we couldn’t get a ride. The place is very cute and has everything. Bed very comfortable and left us a nice breakfast to make. Our only issue was a mustiness we could smell. My husband has breathing issues and he found it hard to sleep. Might just need a dehumidifier. Thanks again for providing a cute place to spend an evening 👍😊!!!

Lovely place to kick up your feet and lay your head. Clean, quiet, accommodating. Hostess Margaret is a very nice lady to deal with. Nice apartment accommodations with kitchette, a full livingroom. She also has a fantastic plant store as well.

Very unique older house but very well kept. The grounds were beautiful. It was like staying at my grandmother's house in the middle of the Garden of Eden. Close to restaurants and not a long drive to downtown. The fixings for breakfast were provided and we're fine.

Interesting and odd set up. One lovely suite. Lots of stairs getting in; if you are older it’s a bit daunting. Breakfast food was left in a serve yourself format in the suite. Kind of rationed but sufficient. Never had that before in a B&B but it worked. The nursery grounds were fun to walk and the shop is very charming.

We would stay there again. Convenient and comfortable.

What an extraordinary place. Margaret's zeal and hard work have created the most comfortable, enchanting and serene environment. As we already had lunch plans, we were unable to eat the full breakfast that she had provided. We would not hesitate to stay here again, given the opportunity. Many thanks. Wayne Cottrell

Owner met us at the door, showed us all the amenities of the apartment, gave us a key and left us a variety of food in the fridge for a full breakfast to make in the morning. Good wifi, TV and apartment is clean, well maintained and clean. Great place to stay.

Burley's is unique in that is situated in a garden centre surrounded by beautiful gardens with a variety of benches to sit on and wind vanes to watch and chimes to listen to. It's like a piece of heaven to sit on the balcony overlooking all this too!

From the time you check in to the time you check out everything remained perfect. It was so welcoming just the perfect get away. Cant wait to return soon.
