Justin at the front desk was very welcoming, great customer service from all staff. Nice, big, clean room. Bigger than expected! Hot breakfast was very good! Lots of options and coffee options too.

Booked 2 rooms for the night. One room the bathroom door wouldn't close fully. The pool was ok, on the small side and some ceiling tiles were missing.
The biggest issue I had was the hotel was cashless and only accepted credit cards. Not a big deal but it would've been good to know ahead of the stay.

Good breakfast options for the kids. Clean and well lite building and rooms. Nice pool area. Would like if signs indicated laundry was on the 2nd floor and having a change making machine in the laundry room instead of having to go to the main desk. Overall a very pleasant experience, nicely located from the Springfield Museums and Basketball Hall of Fame.

It was a basic hotel, good value for the price. Clean, nice rooms and friendly front desk staff.

The mattresses were old and sagged. The lobby was so cold all the time. The area didn't look safe and the lobby door is locked from 8 pm to 9 am.

The room was spot cleaned. There was a lot of dirt, crumbs, etc under surfaces. Obviously the maid didn’t go out of her way to clean everything they should have. Also floor was sticky and felt uncomfortable. Loud noises outside all night long.

Reserved at this hotel at full price to get a kitchenette in order to prepare meals for an Ironman race. Kitchenette only had a mini fridge as any other room and a microwave. No plates, pots, utensils or anything which would make it a kitchenette. Also the bathroom ceiling was falling apart. TV screen could not be position in order to watch from the bed or the sofa as a lamp was directly in front of it. Worse hotel ever.
