It was beautiful clean and comfortable to be in.

Not really much I didn’t like. Just the pool had no towels and nobody was there to grab us any. I had to run up to our room.

I really loved the breakfast, the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows we’re too soft which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Unfortunately when I tried to reach front desk phone sounded busy.

Air conditioning did not work. We got our first room and it was hot and the toilet needed to be flushed. We got another room and it was hot also. We went to the concert assuming it would be fixed as we were told. At 10:0PM we came back and it was still 79deg. We decided to drive the 3 hours home rather than trying to sleep it that heat.

Ac was not working. And we had issues with the parking and no one knew how to solve it

The location was convenient based on our event taking place in the ballroom. Our restaurant server, Star, was extremely kind. Kyle from the front desk that assisted with my issue was also kind.

Unfortunately, there were multiple things that were horrible during this stay. My family comes to this hotel every year for events & it has always needed updating. However, this time around was a mess. 1)The front desk staff kept telling me that the card scanner was not working properly and to rescan my card. Unbeknownst to me, the hotel charged me twice for the weekend. $1044 total, ($522 twice). I was utterly disgusted due to the fact that my account over drafted which included our food and spending money for the weekend. The hotel had a nerve to tell me that they could not immediately cancel the other pending transaction and refund my money then. I was told that my back was called & was informed that they were at fault for charging me twice and that I would be refunded. We were given a complimentary breakfast and dinner for our stay, but no extra money to spend that I was out of. I am still trying to work things out with my bank to avoid overdraft charges for my upcoming bill payments. 2) The fire alarm went off one night around 11:30pm. The hotel guests on my floor could not get out of the building (even using the hotel keys) into the stairwells because they were locked. The security guard had to come open the stairwell door. This was a complaint from others on different floors as well. Thank God that it was a false alarm because many would have been injured or killed. 3) The hotel elevators broke down twice. When they did work, guests could expect to wait for approximately 20 minutes for an elevator during an event taking place. 4) The fourth floors carpet was saturated near the rooms close to the elevators. There was clearly a leak somewhere which was not attend to. Stale old water means mildew and mold. 5) Our room was not extremely clean. Cup stains on the tables in the room and the bathroom counter that were easily cleaned (since I was able to wipe them down with a Lysol wipe). Also no heat in the room (freezing)
