So close the airport and a beach resort hotel

A lovely property with an incredible view over the beach. Can recommend fully for anyone looking to stay near the airport. Staff were helpful. The rooms are a little dated but have incredible views.

This property is just a 20 minutes drive from Colombo Airport. Hence, your holiday in the beach starts almost instantly. And wishing walking distance you’ve plenty of casual dining options! Great prospect and very well located

The hotel sits alone as a quality hotel in the area. It was very quiey but filled up quickly due to a conference. The beach is ok, but allow for lots of rubbish washing ashore.
The hotel room was nice - a bit tight for our suitcases but it had everything. The coffee in the room was old and we just binned it.
The food was amazing - really good food on day 1, followed by the best cake i have probably ever had - the bread was similar as it was all cooked on site.
Staff were always helpful.
Its a great hotel for the money, but if you're staying, then eat in the hotel as its worth it.

My wife and I arrived at Heritance Negombo and during our check in, we explained our diet concerns because of a recent operation. The front desk clerk immediately notified the restaurants staff of our no salt diet and the staff really paid attention to not only our diet but the little things to ensure our vacation will remain in our hearts for a lifetime. They are truly amazing at Heritance Negombo Hotel and we will definitely reccomend this hotel to our family and friends or anyone that coming to Sri Lanka. Once again thank you very much on a amazing vacation.

Ultimately a brilliant hotel and breakfast. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. Lovely beach location! The staff were very attentive and responsive. We stayed here for our first night in Sri Lanka. The hotel is a good location for the airport and was a very good nights sleep after a very long day travelling.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was excellent again. Check in was quick and efficient and the room was clean and well equipped with a lovely sea view. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets were top class with plenty of choice.

A great hotel with all the amenities. Beautifully landscaped grounds and pool with nice dining options both at the hotel and in the area. Views of the Indian Ocean are great. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Sri Lanka.

Brilliant stay at this beautiful hotel! Lovely kind and attentive service with a personal touch. Beautiful clean and spacious rooms with a lovely view overlooking the pool and beach. Comfortable pool lounges and nice pool bar with food available. Great location and also some nice Italian restaurants 1 minute walk away. Delicious and reasonably priced breakfast! Really can’t fault this place, I loved every moment of my stay and didn’t want to leave.

Great room, lovely views, great staff.
Unfortunately had to wait 45 minutes for a tuna panini at the restaurant, we then saw them making it 5 minutes before serving it to us as the kitchen is fully visible. Sadly didn’t have much time to enjoy the beach before it started raining during our one night stay.

The reception is lacking a personal touch. The web and the hotel page gives wrong information about restaurant times as well as the room service, causing me to go bed hungry.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Also appreciate the honesty and integrity of staff who located a dress I left behind. Means a lot.

My stay at this hotel was very short (~8pm - 6:30am) so I can't comment on too much. BUT all of my experiences were positive, the check in staff were lovely, the room was very comfortable and I found the restaurant reasonably priced for a hotel.
Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to take in all the surroundings of the hotel or the amenities - the view of the ocean from the lobby was lovely though :)

Good location, close to the airport. The whole hotel and surroundings are clean. Swimming pool clean. Staff friendly. On the beach, but swimming is not possible due to big waves. There is no possibility for our driver to stay overnight at the hotel.

Like many hotels in Sri Lanka, the customer service is spectacular, & heritance negombo is no exception. Will be coming back when traveling to negombo.

Hotel is 5 stars ✨, but it doesn’t look like, when you entering your room the smell is so bad , floor was dirty in room , smell of soap was terrible. Glasses in breakfast area was not clean , swimming pool was full of black birds! The beach was super dirty, a lot of plastic, bags ! We stayed only for 16 hours in this hotel , thanks god 😃

A beautiful hotel to relax in after a long journey. The room, pool, and grounds are lovely and the staff (front desk, restaurant and spa) could not have been more eager to please. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
