I’m staying here many times but the overall service this time was terrible. My room wasn’t ready at 4 PM and when I came back after I had already checked in and paid I had to wait in line with 20 people in front of me. It was a really annoying experience And the staff did nothing about it to make it better.

The room was large and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They picked me up at the airport even though it was -27 degrees outside. The breakfast had plenty of protein options, not just carbs. I didn't use the pool/hot tub. The cookie was good and I like having coffee/tea available all day.

Overall, my stay was good, but I had two concerns. The sink in the bathroom wasn’t draining well, and the receptionist at check-out was rude, which left a poor impression.

My friend was stuck in the elevator for over 30 minutes. He was quite upset. The manager had no sense of urgency. She left after calling the elevator guy so we we stuck with a desk agent that spoke broken English. The inciident caused us to mis our dinner reservations

I purposely booked this property as it had an airport shuttle, to my surprise they don't offer park and fly for my vehicle???? Very disappointing. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but when you are located within such a close proximity to the airport the hotel should accommodate vehicles with a park and fly option.

The property was very dated and run down. Tried to change to a room with a bath tub was told it was a 20 dollar up charge for a bath tub. Argued the charge they agreed to it. Then proceeded to charge my credit card and additional 25 dollars without my knowledge. Carpets were very stained in the hallway. And the couch in the room looked like it was right out of the 70s.

Standard airport hotel, but welcoming and friendly staff, and clean/large room and bed.

Issues:
The wifi requires a hampton account or some such, bit of a pain, and the hotel is isolated in a car park - so who would steal thier wifi?
Shower was either scaulding hot or very cold. Reported to front desk at checkout.
Otherwise, a reasonable place to crash before a flight up north.

If you’re looking for a hotel with great breakfast, this is the place to stay. The breakfast buffet was simple and small but it was great having a hot breakfast with a waffle maker! The pool was fairly clean but small. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were quite big and very clean. Will stay here again
