Bed and Pillows were EXTREMELY uncomfortable.

Was okay for one night. I’ve stayed in better and I’ve stayed in worse. Out dated, small tv, no body wash in shower only shampoo and conditioner. Continental breakfast nothing to rave about- mostly cold options, bananas, cereal, pastries. A train goes past at night a few times I think it stopped blowing its whistle around 1230? Close to highway, food, and Target.

The room faced the hwy and was rather noisy but not terribly. A little overpriced but nice.

Nice room. Very quiet on the fourth floor in spite of facing the parking lot and a busy road. No tub. Guess I should have asked first.

I was having surgery in Pgh the next morning and didn't want to make an hour and a half trip that early the next day. Only negative was the 2 am train whistle but I doubt I would have even heard it if I could have slept properly.

I left a bag here and the staff was so helpful about finding a shipping option that was reasonable as well as taking care of boxing up my belongings! Super friendly staff at this location as well, our stay could not have been better.

Excellent and friendly front desk service. A little disappointed by every other day room service. A two night stay meant no room service at all. No new towels is fine, but it would be nice to have the bed made up and the waste baskets emptied.

We were driving thru with our dog on our way to Minnesota and this was a perfect first stop. Amy at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Put us on the second floor near a stairwell so we could take the dog in and out quickly. Breakfast was good. The hotel is close to many fast food and retail stores so convenient too

It’s a noisy room if you have a room on front door-side of property —even numbered rooms) Train is loud, rolls through at like 1:30am. Can hear people hanging out outside. And we were on the 3rd floor. Thin walls as well. Slept like crap as a result.

Our favorite place to stay in this part of Pittsburgh. Friendly staff, easy free parking, good-sized rooms, pretty good hot breakfast included. It has a number of amenities we never use (gym, pool, PCs, coffee/decaf/tea 24/7, cookies in the afternoon etc). Great place.

The room was clean and decent. We liked the breakfast. The shower head was one of the worst I’ve ever had and the bed was not very comfortable. Pretty average spot for a quick stay.

Grew up in the area and generally love the people in Pittsburgh. Was surprised by the rudeness of the staff. 3 day stay and never refreshed our room. Had to ask on day 2 and was treated to a snarky response with attitude. Will never stay there again and most likely avoid Hilton’s..

This Hampton Inn was in terrific condition -- wonderfully clean. The beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and informative about the area.
