It was all good!

Great deal for the money. Very clean and quiet. Convenient location. Staff very friendly and helpful— especially afternoon staff.

We were not impressed with our stay, compared to other Quality Inn’s. The elevator was broken, the bulb was burned out in one of two lamps (staff gave me a fresh bulb to swap), the in-room coffee maker was missing parts, the room was cramped (furniture was too large for the space) and the breakfast was abysmal. The cleaning staff tried to clean our room before 9:00am, and was confused as to why we were still there. That said, the staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Broken elevator, front desk first gave me the creeps how long she kept my DL and card(where does that information need to be entered more than once on a prepaid room and why not use the card reader) then she gave us a dead key followed by a key to a room that had not been touched since the last guest. Overall the hotel was good but front desk in desperate need of improvement.

I felt like for the price point and location it was exactly what I needed while in town for business. I was quite satisfied.

The elevator was not working until hours after our checkin. The room fridge was not working until maintenance had dealt with it. The breakfast scrambled eggs were brown on one side from overcooking. There was only one caffeinated coffee packet in the room. The snack store was completely bare. The price was good and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The property needs to place higher priority on maintenance.

Checked in around 8:30 PM, checked out by 7:00 AM so I didn't do much more than sleep, clean-up in the morning and leave.

The front desk staff, Candy (I think), was very nice and friendly. Hotel overall was clean and appearance was nice and decorated. The room could have been cleaner and updated. Many marks of paint missing on the walls and hair in the bathroom.

Da bed was a lil to firm for me I like my bed real soft and comfortable and all towels need to be replace they are yellow

The hotel is undergoing renovation/maintenance. There was no Wifi available and the Sundry area was empty.

I did not like the fact that even after booking with hotels.com and I stay at many different hotels.. they made me give them a $200 cash deposit very inconvenient I had to go find an ATM machine and come back ....

We traveled to Big Spring to spend time with family. Our hotel room was very nice. The bathroom vanity area is a little small, but the room was still nice. The breakfast in the mornings was also very good. There is a part time employee, Connie, she only works weekends, she was so kind and friendly that I think she should be acknowledged. Very pleasant lady to visit with.

Property and rooms are very clean. Only downside was the hair in my eggs for breakfast.

At 845 am the hot breakfast was empty- when I asked if it was goin to be refilled. I was told that if she fills it around 9 she always has to throw away too much food.

The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. Parking was a premium at this location. The location is very convenient right off the interstate.

Very friendly staff

Rude staff breaking laws regarding service animals. Charged a pet fee illegally and I had a fight like hell to get it back.The manager Tracy is bipolar. I show her the law she said "I don't care" this is the brand that does this. Whatever! Then she's over by the side of the hotel all happy and chatting with us like everything's good and then I call her back and she denies even speaking to me. Multiple personality disorder. She lied and told me that my dog urinated all over the room which was a complete and total fabrication. He is extremely trained and let out every 2-3 hours. There was however an incident with the water from our cooler leaking. That might of been it. But I was able to get Joe Patel's (the owner's) home address and telephone number. Tomorrow's project. Tracy you were rude and disrespectful to the wrong disabled old lady.

All good. Bit chilly. Blankets not comfy. Hotel was good though.

Price was ok. Quick in and out.

The bed feels like sleeping on plywood. Very loud room , can everything from the hallway.
