You said you were cleaning the room every other day. But firs 3 days no one came. I was asked to put the trash out of the room by your staff. I did. Then I had to ask for trash bins for 2 days. We were staying 2 people in the room. For 3 days you gave only 2 servings of regular coffee and 2 servings of decaff coffee! I asked for it. Did not come. I had to go down to the reception area. You put me in a begging cituation. Thank you. Facility is nice and clean but service is not that great. Also you don't give out slippers. Then let people know that they have to bring their own slippers! That was really bad.

Our stay was very comfortable and clean. I have no complaints or anything that could’ve been done better. Anytime we asked for something extra, it ease given to us without delay. The staff was very friendly and professional

The hotel was super clean and the breakfast was good. We had no problems with the area. Unfortunately we did have one of our rooms not available or ready, but while we were out they were able to prepare it so I can’t complain about anything!

The stay was good, the only issue was the elevator, they only had one working elevator and even the one working was an issue, you had to constantly push the button or the elevator will not stop at your floor so hopefully they fix the problem. It was in a nice area walking distance to the mall and other eateries. Breakfast was good and they had a nice pool and work out area, we would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Springhill suites. The property felt safe during our stay which was the reason why I chose this property. When I arrived I was allowed to check in early which was at approximately 2:30 pm. Front desk guy (Lance) was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to enjoy nearby shopping and dining. I was surprised at how many people were enjoying the pool and hot tub while we were there. Ive stayed at other Springhill suites locations near Disneyland and this place seemed very busy for its location compared to other locations we stayed at. Would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Universal or other nearby places.

The hotel was nice, the rooms were clean. I don't like carpet in my rooms but this one had carpet. The texture of the carpet felt like it could use a cleaning. The room we were in had a toilet issue which made everyone anxious to use the restroom because we weren't sure that it would flush properly. We had to call for service 4 times! And although everyone was very nice, only 1 person actually apologized for the inconvenience. After the 4th service call I asked to be moved to a different room. There were no rooms available until the following day at noon. After the room chnage we had no problems.

Very nice availability near lots of visitor sites. Hotel staff very accommodating and kind. Room with double queen and pull out sofa great for family of five. Pool and hot tub is very nice. Elevator service is a bit slow but manageable. Great parking and bonus walk ability to local restaurants.

everything was nice up until I got my bill and they charged me $12 for water when I never drink the water Lady at the front desk when I call and talk to her and when explaining I shouldn’t have been charged $12 only did I clean my room I left a tip when I called to handle the problem. They treated me like I had a problem I was lying. $12 will be the reason I never come back to this hotel again because when I tried to fix it, the girl at the front desk kept giving me pushback. This is Tuesday about 9:30 AM that I called about the $12 charge no apology she said that’s what they put you gotta wait into the manager come in and they’ll call me back Three thumbs down for customer service over the telephone once I got home

My comforter was stained with blood that I saw only after I took a nap. Disgusting, not just a tiny drop, several smears.
They definitely skimped with the insulation and sound proofing, could continuously hear traffic and music from next door restaurant.
Too many other hotel choices, won’t stay at one of these hotels again.

The room was clean and all supplies stocked, however, as updated as the room seemed, we had issues with the AC unit working as well as our key cards not working after one day. Maintenence was able to fix the AC unit and front desk was able to reset the door lock but required us to make multiple stops to front desk since the phones by the elevator were also not working. Other then the listed items not working, our stay was quiet and comfortable. If possible, it would be nicer to not have to pay for parking.

Went with family to Universal Studios and it was about a 12 minute drive. Breakfast bar was really good. Rooms were Comfortable. Parking was 25 per day. It was close to shopping and downtown burbank which was convenient.

This is my favorite hotel in LA, whenever I come to LA for the weekend this is where I stay. I love the pool and Jacuzzi area. The rooms are amazing the locations perfect it’s really a great hotel.

Overall a decent hotel. The pool and outdoor checkers & connect 4 was fun for our kids. The only issue was the music across the street at a restaurant was pretty loud when trying to fall asleep, but not unbearable.
