Overall good place to stay when working In Maastricht. A little noisy at night with groups hanging around the front of the train station.

Great hotel opposite the main rail and bus stations in Maastricht. Stationstratt has many restaurants and artisan shops and leads down to the Meuse river. Very convenient with a lift and very attentive staff.

The location of the hotel was great, about 17 min walk to the centre, but that was it. Checked ourselves in with a machine so no interaction with staff. Very small attic room, very expensive. Paid for the location.

Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Overall nice, just the cleaning wasn’t that good. A few hair in the sink, a dirty/used glass for the thoothbrush, bit of mold in the shower/tile joints. The bed was clean though. Great location, as it is directly in front of the train station.

The hotel is just in front of the station, it is very convenient for business trip customers. And the staffs are very kind and friendly. But the hotel fee was too high.

This is a great place to stay. Just across the road from the train station, a 10 minute walk into the town centre, brilliant staff, good facilities, really clean and well-maintained, good value for money. Highly recommended.

It is my second stay at this hotel because the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the property is very conveniently located across the central station so you can drop off my luggage right away and go into the town even if you arrive before 3 pm check in time. A perfect location when you are traveling by train.

Great concept, love striving for sustainability, and the staff is helpful. Incredibly small room and space outside shower, ok for solo traveling, can't imagine two people in there. Manageable for the price and never being in the room because the city has so much to offer.

Friendly staff and really clean rooms. Location wise its situated right in front of the station and in close vicinity of the centre.
Only downside is that the area outside can be very noisy at night.

This place is amazing! I have been staying in a place 3 x times as expensive and doesnt even match it.
Its exactly what you expect size wise and more. Environmentally conscious, incredibly quirky and tech savy!
Evem from the moment we walked in, they knew which language to speak and made sure we had all the info we needed.
And checking in and out is a doddle on the computer system .. so if you dont want to talk to anyone you dont have to!

Room and breakfast was paid for before arriving. I arrived late but called them beforehand to let them know. When I showed up, my reserved (and paid) room was given away and I was required to pay €20 for a deluxe room I did not want in the first place. The outdoor “chill” area was locked and I was unable to go there after I checked in. The breakfast in the morning was limited to a time THEY told me at the time I checked in (only 8-9 was still available - I also prepaid the breakfast!) Breakfast was the worse continental breakfast I have ever had. I would never stay here anymore.
