Beautiful condo, this is our go to when coming to SPI, great location.

Everything was great! There was a slight issue when we first entered the condo. We found a river of water coming from the bathroom and a wet towel in the shower. The shower head did not turn off completely. It constantly ran and because of that it splashed out of the shower causing the water flow out of the bathroom. We didn’t complain, and I had forgotten to mention it to management. I’m sure they knew about it. So we kept the curtain for the shower closed and it didn’t run out of the shower any more. So we just moved on. Everything else was great. So close to the beach and everything else as well. I would suggest a stay here. We will be going back definitely.

Second year we stay at this location. Chose same apartment because of their beautiful decoration and comfort. Would come back again and again.

Floor and bed where dirty

Decent place for the price and close enough to walk right to the beach for sure.

I kind of felt like I was in the army not sure what I needed to do. I left the room cleaner than I found it . So so many rules. Quite alot of kids. pools were occupied with them as they are in many hotels. Rooms are ok specially for people who like to cook themselves. I like to go out and eat. Rooms were little musty but not bad.Air conditioner worked great but extremely noisy. May stay there again not sure.

Make sure you bring stuff like soap and shampoo. Was unaware these were not included. Easy check in. Room was clean and nice.

We enjoyed our stay except for the nats that were in the condo, and it was not cleaned good, bed very comfortable, beach super close.

Cozy, and close to the beach. We did however have bad service with the internet.

Super clean, the rooms weren’t muggy once you enter the room, a lot of other places have that sticky feeling, this room did not have that. Other people there respected each other and there was no loud music. Had a great stay.

Convenient walking distance to the beach. Cleanliness was average, there were hairs in the bathroom and bed.

Quick easy check in and out. The property was great, love that it has lots of trees greenery makes it feel like you're somewhere tropical. The Condo we had was very clean and so much attention to detail with how it was set up. Super easy access to the beach area.

Condo was a little outdated but it was clean. Property was maintained. We liked that the beach is right there and it wasn’t overly crowded. Overall we had a great time.

We have been staying at The Tiki for about 20 years. We continue to choose this property for our vacation due to their friendly staff, great pools, clean rooms and the great beach access. We have created many great memories at the Tiki and we continue to love it!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. Our condo was perfect. Our room was clean and comfortable. The owner thought of everything to make us feel at home. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are already planning our next trip there. Thank you.

I liked that it was right next to the beach

We had a wonderful stay! Super clean, employees were are very nice and great beach access! Highly recommend!!

The stay was great. Just climbing 3 flight of stairs, was not for us, had my mother n law, i jush wish ,i knew it was on the 3 floor. Location was prefect, the beach was minutes away, checking n, they let us check n early, which was great too. Room was very nice.

Condo was perfect

Had a nice time there. No complaints. Check in was easy, and everything worked well. We stayed in the building next to the farther west pool, and beach access was easy too.

2 week Family holiday vacation at Tiki SPI. We reserved 3 condos to accommodate everyone and as stated in description each is individually decorated. One was beautifully decorated and updated. One was very nice but 3rd appeared not to have had any updates since built. It definitely needed an overall redo on pretty much everything- paint, lighting, furniture, etc. Additionally its kitchen was poorly supplied with items needed to cook or eat and contained a variety of mismatched plates, glasses and silverware. The location is excellent walk out right on beach and convenient to restaurants and shops. The pool was nice but spent most of time on beach. The on site laundry is nice andtowel exchange good except you only get 1 dish towel...that is enough since the only exchange tue/thur thats 5 days with 1 towel. They definitely are NOT kidding about towing. We rented golf cart after office was closed so couldn't get permit so it was towed away. Oddly i never saw a single security guard so not sure how that is monitored. The onsite grills were great but ended up closing some for repairs so limited to just 1 or 2 for whole complex I did feel that the owners were a bit put off by renters Overall it was a wonderful time and i would recommend staying and would return
