Stay was good but our fireplace would not work in our room. We asked for maintenance to look at it and they NEVER showed up. Then at checkout I asked for a discount on the room since when I booked it I was expecting the fireplace to work. I was told a manger would give me a call….AND no one did. You pay a lot for these rooms and in my opinion that is unacceptable and very poor customer service! Because of this I prob won’t stay again.

This is the only place we will stay in Gatlinburg because it is so nice! We love to get the corner rooms that have a nice balcony with a view of downtown and the mountains.

Upon arrival we noticed a lot of hair under the sheets and asked to be switched to a different room. However, none were available. The bed was so loud and could feel every spring. Then our last day we were woken up by the housekeeper knocking on the door to the room next to us for over 10 minutes. The party had checked out of the room the day before and I am uncertain as to why the housekeeper would need to knock continuously to go in to clean an empty room. Not at all the standard we expected for a Marriott or paid for in my opinion. Do not recommend!!

Very clean and attractive and within walking distance to shopping, dining and other fun activities. Free parking on site! Comfortable beds. Quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again.

You know, this is a really beautiful place to stay, and Kathy was a delight to work with, but some of the other employees were rude and I don’t pay big money (like what we spent overall in this hotel) for rudeness. That will not be tolerated. The beds are hard as a rock to me. And the pillows were very not comfortable and there wasn’t enough of them. Marriot can do better than this. Up your standards.

Have stayed in Gatlinburg for many, many years. As far as we are concerned, this is the property we will always return to. New, clean, convenient to everything, and has the amenities that are important to us!

Our stay wasn’t too bad. Our room was supposed to have a couch/hide a bed. It did not have it. They said they don’t have those anymore so I believe it was full advertising on the part of the motel very satisfied with that.

My family is a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, so our stay for 2 nights wasn’t bad but we did have higher expectations for the price we paid . But all in all we would stay again when visiting Gatlinburg .

It was ok, nothing great. The toilets continually stopped up, furniture looked worn especially the couch's in the lobby, those were really bad looking. In our room we only had a half door in the shower so you had to reach in around the "door" to turn the water on then it was cold, terrible design.The bed was very uncomfortable and it squeaked,

Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. We were coming off the Appalachian Trail and of course we were dirty and didn’t look our best. We weren’t judged and got all our questions answered. We felt very welcomed.
