It was not a good stay, the rooms are not convenient, the bathroom is very small.

The bathroom is quite small so everything gets wet when you shower. I really loved the pillows though!

our room has a double bed and two single beds which was perfect for my friends and myself. room was pretty clean and it was a good two nights stay. it would have been better if there was a fridge in the room

The registration process is good initially but a bit annoying when the front office staffs confused with my booking. They claim my booking is only for 1 room, but I insisted the room is for 2 rooms and 2 nights. Then they hestating to accept. After a while they again arguing on the number of day to stay, they are claim the booking that they recieved from expedia is only for 1 night for 2 rooms, then i show my email evidence with records with 2 rooms & 2 nights. I offer to them forwarding the confirmation email but they refused. And accept the facted. Check in into the room and feel comfortable, but during this world cup season, I would like to watch the world cup game in my room unfortunately I can't, due to some technical issue from hotel internal Television cabling. Its a bit frustated when call their front office the only option is to watch the game at their lobby area. So thats reason why am putting the hotel facilities & condition is disappointing rate. Overall its an average rated for this hotel for first time experience at KOBEMAS hotel

The disappointment about the hotel has been mentioned and message to the hotel management. Nearby the hotel there is no convenience store and restaurant. There is one super small one in the ground floor. The staff were not really friendly when i checked in. The room was a disappoinment cz it smelled like it hasnt been occupied for ages. There are some other problems but i hope that the hotel management will improve for the comfort of exhausted travellers.

Twin bed is a little to small (well cant expect much with the rate i paid). Not so friendly receptionist. Stayed for 3 night, breakfast food not so great (taste). But very clean hotel i must say.

The buffet breakfast that comes with the room is nothing to shout about. The food selection was okay but taste is not up to standard. The waiter doesn't even know how to prepare half boiled eggs the correct way. The eggs which were sent to us was still raw!!! We also had to wait for about half an hour just for half boiled eggs. The waiters all looked very young and inexperienced. Room size was okay but bathroom wasn't very clean and were too small and compact. Bathroom walls were all tainted. Room wasn't very clean either with hair all over the place. We also found hair underneath the bed sheets. Wonder if they really changed the sheets every time a guest checks out of the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn't take any photos of the place.

ample parking, fast check-in, welcome drink, nice smelling lift area, clean underbed ok breakfast. surrounding has many restaurants-5 min driving. it is a worthy stay

Pros: Fit for purpose. Quiet area. Clean room. Reasonable price.For Improvement: Trash bin to be provided at room area. Need to change bed sheet every time of housekeeping.

-Slow receptionist service -less variety of breakfast foods the food is not attractive -the water heater wire is to short +-10cm only impossible to be used unless hold it while using it which is quite dangerous -Very less plug socket plus one is not functioning -Both the coffee cup is dusty -All others is good and excellent

Average.Receptionist communication skills can be improve ,not many choices for breakfast,room condition is tidy and clean.

Overall 1 night staying in room 612 is ok but there is few problem in this room which is loud sound from the air-conditioner. Water keep flowing from the flush.

The jug kettle is too dirty. Need to use iron outside the room and the iron board that is been tight too close to wall was so inconvenience.
