A no frills, pleasant hotel. Older building but it was clean and convenient. Sometimes you want a inexpensive, clean, comfortable place to bed down fir the night. We were out and about all day sightseeing. We slept well, feeling safe. Location is good, walking distance to all the sights.

The room was perfect. It even USB plugs next to the.bed and desk with lots of 120V plugs everywhere to plug.in my many devices.I stayed 2 days longer because of this.

This was the perfect place for us to stay. It was no frills but clean and comfy. I'm pretty sure we saved a fortune in parking since all the sights were within walking distance. No breakfast but many places to eat very close by. Would definitely return and definitely recommend.

Surprisingly good! Room looked to be recently renovated with nice laminate flooring, comfy chairs and a comfy bed. Bathroom was small but adequate. Refrigerator and microwave as well. For a last minute booking for 4th of July weekend it was super reasonably priced and overall a great stay. Office staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The hotel is convenient and the room was clean. The A/C is a window unit in the bathroom sink area. The July heat was too much for the unit to keep the room cool. We did ask for a fan which helped.

Doesn’t look great from the outside, but i had a lot of good reviews. I am happy to report that check in was fast and easy, they kept spots reserved to park (its a busy area)and my room was spotless and comfortable. Bathroom is dated but worked fine and again was super clean. I’ll definitely stay again.

The lady that checked us in was absolutely FANTASTIC! She gave the best info for what to do in the area. The hotel is definitely showing its age and the walls were thin but it was obvious that upgrades were happening. Bottom line - our room was spotless when we checked in, beds were fairly comfy, shower was hot, the people we encountered were great and it was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. For the price, we would definitely stay here again.

Great location and fantastic service! We really enjoyed our stay here and the walk to the attractions was very short and easy. AC was a little loud, but overall we are very satisfied. Staff was SUPER friendly and accommodating. Allowed to park here 5 hours before check-in.

what a great find. Affordable and comfortable. I do not choose upscale and resort type accommodations when I travel, and this fit perfectly for what I was looking for. Within walking distance of historic downtown, quiet and comfortable. Both of the people we interacted with at the front desk were kind, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about town and events, and eagerly willing to offer advice and helpful hints. I will definitely go back here again.

The location and parking facility is very convenient. Forget your car there and just walk around 10 minutes to the historic area. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t have restaurant or any food available, so you need to look for another place for breakfast and meals. But the receptionist gave us many tips about restaurants and places to visit according to our needs.

A basic, very clean partially remodeled hotel right in the middle of the action on the main drag in St Augustine. Could walk to old town St Augustine easily.

Very close to the downtown area of St Augustine. Staff is kind. The inside of the rooms is nice and clean. Parking on site is easy. Walking everywhere else is 20 minutes or less.

The only thing we had trouble with was the new smart TV, which we were not smart enough to figure out, but management responded promptly, pleasantly and fixed the problem (a loose connection). We loved having nice flooring (not carpet - much cleaner), soap dispensers in the shower and next to the sink and a convenient shelf on each side of the bed for phones, drinks, etc. and only 200 feet from our favorite St. Augustine restaurant.

Great location to the historical district. The bed and pillows were comfy. Hot water in the shower. The walls are thin and you will hear conversations outside. You will also hear traffic. I would definitely stay here again.

The place wasn't bad. The room was clean.
Had alot of space. Could use a couch or a bigger chair. Only real issue we had was the people yelling outside the room door. Not sure why, but kept us up til early morning. Other then that, perfect location to park and walk around.

Everything you need and little that you do.
The bed was big and firm, the table and chairs were utilitarian, but there was hot water, a flat screen TV, and an AC/heater that was more than adequate. Very clean. Oh, can't forget the free on-site parking.
As I was there to see family and a little of the sights, it suited my needs quite well.
Very close to the Old Town so I could toast the newly weds and not worry about driving.
