Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights. Staff were very welcoming.Room was fine just a little warm so just left the widow open a little. Toilets & showers were clean. Kitchen was great. Breakfast was okay wouldve been better if the bacon / hash browns were warmer. Good for a hungry person as they give you more if you ask.
Had very noisy neighbours but thats not the staffs fault just very thoughtless people that obviously thought they had the whole building to themselves.

Blown away by the place. First time in YHA and we will return. Amazing facilities. Superb location. Beautiful views. Fantastic staff. Can’t rate it enough. We had a private room with shared shower and WC (also never done this before) and it was brilliant!

Staff were nice, bike locking out back albeit a bit busy, devent price and have a bar/cafe on site. Great value for money!

Stayed before, brilliant staff and location. I'd have given it five stars overall if the matress had been nicer (like a gym mat) and the cheap metal bed creaked badly.

A large bar serving food and drink, in excess of the self-catering facilities which has everything you need. Showers are modern and clean, and the room was large and comfortable. Breakfast proved value for money.
No staff are in the hostel after 10 and I had to call the night manager out to try and identify a noisy neighbour, to no avail. Sits uneasy with me that no staff are at this property all night.

Great location, Very clean and tidy Staff was very helpful and answered all questions to best of their abilities as I wasn’t from the area so wanted to know about the area If your ever in Keswick then this is the place to stay, the room and facilities were top notch for the price paid, highly recommended for a warm welcome upon arrival

Great couple of nights at the YHA. The team was friendly and had some good tips for walks and places to get a drink/food.

Easy check in. Good Covid-19 policies in place. Room was clean and warm as were showers and toilets. Can't beat this place for the price and the location is great

Check in is extremely late 5pm most places it 3pm at the latest. The service we got was great lovely member of staff. The room was what you would expect only down side was that it was that hot in the room no one got any sleep at all even with the window open and radiator off.

Great location in central Keswick but away from noisy main road. Felt followed covid guidelines everything clean. Room rather warm only a small window.

Great location and we were lucky to park right outside - probably because of COVID (Keswick was very quiet.) Fantastic value for a great location. Comfy beds and friendly staff.

We felt really safe especially with the coronavirus. We booked a shower slot and another member of the hostel used it instead. I went downstairs to the reception and dealt with it straight away. They cleaned another shower block and let us know when it was clean. Just felt like they were doing an amazing job under the current circumstances and to make the visitors feel safe.

Lovely location, near to centre of Keswick, 20 mins to the lake. Unfortunately the room had been advertised as private family room, partly open bathroom, which to me meant it was in the room. Found out at check in this is a shared bathroom, which I wasn't happy about. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay & will contact property direct I future

Stayed here a few times, it's had fantastic make over recently, looks lovely. The self catering kitchen is the best YHA, I've used.

Great location for c2c and cycle storage along with self catering. YHA hostels are all fantastic and an under rated option for great accommodation

After arrival had to drive around for 15 minutes to find a space as there was no parking ended up a ten minute walk from the hostel. No accessible electric sockets in the room. Not bad but not what we expected considering the price, no breakfast included either

Currently undergoing rennovation, but it was a cheap hostel for what we wanted.

Staff was very welcoming and they provide me with a usb charger for my phone that was very appreciated.
