Very attentive staff and great location. Loved the interior design of the hotel. I just felt like the beds could have been more comfortable. Also the rooms and beds were small and I could hear other guests next to us.

Everything was excellent to every detail, service, cleanliness , food, the management with Mr. Ramon, just let me say it was perfect.

Excellent service and the staff were very courteous and helpful and they make feel thst you are at home, Cass Lum its located rigth at 5he center of everything. Don Ramon the manager was on top of everything.. Im already making plans to vome back to Cass Lum and yo this beautiful town!

Had to get a refund during check in. Did not live up to expectations and charged more than was was expected. Will not return. Ended up booking at another hotel.

Casa Lum is beautiful boutique hotel on the main stretch - Real de Guadalupe. It's an incredibly well thought out hotel with attentive staff in the center of everything. Some rooms are a bit small, but still comfortable.

The back of the hotel has a beautiful herb and strawberry garden. Our room had a private garden patio. Perfect for eating take out food or reading. The only con to the place is the door was a little drafty, but we put a towel underneath and it helped. For colonial charm and comfort, this is the place to be. We would stay here again.

Me and my girlfriend had beautiful stay at Casa Lum. Rooms and the hotel itself beyond beautiful. Located right in the middle of the city. We will definitely come back

We arrived in winter, in the mountains, in 14 degree and below (50's Fahrenheit) and our room had zero heating. We were shivering and may as well have slept outside. We were told all day that we were wrong and there was heating and we should just wait. Staff came in 4+ times, jiggled around with the heating and told us it was working while still 14 indoors. It went on like this until it was late in the evenings and they simply gave us a blanket and admitted it was broken but no manager would attend to address the issue, no heater would be provided and no other accomodation offered. The room was not fit for guests. 24 hours+ into our stay and it was fixed with no apologies or explanations from Casa Lum. A very forced apology arrived weeks later only after following up with them twice with no replies. They have since refused to refund that one night of accommodation. I cannot emphasise how much our first night sucked. We slept in four layers of clothing shivering. Fine for me but my mum has a really hard time. This and the subsequent tepid and insincere response from the hotel have left me with a pretty poor opinion of the place. It was the worst accommodation issue of our month long trip. The other four nights were great. It's in a great spot, is beautifully put together and supports the local communities.

Amazing hotel, excellent customer service and the location was perfect! The only downside is that the rooms we booked were the first 2 near the lobby and it was a bit noisy but overall the experience was great.

My mom and I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The hotel was beautifully decorated, our room was spacious, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. I loved the ambiance !!! Modern amenities with old colonial charm. The staff was amazing and always helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious!! I highly recommend this lovely hotel!

The hotel is very nice. It is full of small wornderful details. The rooms are somehow small and there are some issues with hot and cold water in the shower. The location could not be better. Staff is great. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good

Beautifully restored house in a very convenient location. Our very nice room had its own little patio garden, but a bit too cool to sit out in when we stayed in February. Underfloor heating on for last of our 3 night stay. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with great shower. Staff all very pleasant and helpful, most with only few words of English spoken. Excellent restaurant we ate dinner there twice, fabulous cocktails too. Lovely communal areas to sit in too.

This small hotel is in a very good central location on a pedestrianised street, possibly the best location in the town. This means that the rooms at the front can be a little noisy but they are quiet at night. Our junior king bed suite was somewhat dark but our daughter's garden suite with a standard sized double bed was delightful with a beautiful shaded patio garden at back.
