Our stay here did not meet our expectations compared to other hotels in the same neighborhood that we’ve stayed at before. The pool and spa was not clean and the music was horrible techno and not relaxing on a Sunday afternoon. When we put the bubbles on for the spa, the pool equipment made loud and unbearable. The breakfast was not continental at all. Only apples, instant oatmeal and cookies. No water station in lobby. The air conditioner was covered up by furniture and the soap dispensers in the shower did not work well. Very poor lighting in the entry area and mirror. The room is nicely decorated, but for the price, expected more from this hotel. We were in room 101 and the cleaning area was right across from us and the staff was constantly talking and we could not nap when we needed to. I was really hoping to enjoy this hotel, but there are so many other options that are better in this area.

The hotel is beautiful and is in a great location. The front desk staff was very sweet and accommodating, we will definitely be back!

Expensive!

We loved the hotel and location. Staff was great and they were always smiling.

Our stay was very nice! The only comment is that our coffee supplies weren’t restocked each morning. Everything else was perfect!

Great location and very cute inside. Lobby was a bit warm and we had a group of loud people near the pool at 2am. We had to call front desk twice to get them to leave.

Perfect location, a very cute boutique hotel. All staff were helpful and friendly. Walking distance to ocean, state street, funk zone etc... I would go back.

We spend two nights here and we really loved the hotel a lot. The facilities are super clean and very beautiful with all the plants and flowers around. The rooms are clean and cute, everything was new and well designed. Staff was absolutely amazing and the welcome drink plus fresh cookies made our visit very special. Thank you, we will be back.

Check in was easy and the woman at the counter was very nice and gave me a great walkable dinner recommendation. The free welcome drink was a nice touch. The room was beautiful and clean, lots of modern touches. The bed was so comfortable.

We stayed here for two nights. It's a nice little boutique hotel. We wished if parking would be free. It's paid. Every other hotels in surrounding areas has free parking. It's convenient and walkable to the beach. No breakfast provided but coffee and fresh cookies are available.

We would stay at this establishment again in a heartbeat! They were able to accommodate a slightly earlier check-in, added both a fridge and microwave, and had some small courtesy snacks and hot beverages available in the lobby. My only recommendation would be to add laptop compatible in-room safes to each room.

After Check in and over 30 minutes in the room, a staff member walked into our room while my GF and I were in the act and stood in the room for a second. WHAT AN INVASION OF PRIVACY. The staff never apologized or offered us compensation for the invasion of our privacy and had an air of arrogance towards the situation when I complained especially the front desk staff. IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRIVACY I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Walking distance to beach, restaurants etc.. but stood out the most is that it was so clean, safe, and comfortable. Highly recommend if you like boutique hotels. No food accommodations so breakfast etc, are off the property.
