Fantastic place to stay. The room was ample, the free breakfast had a good variety of options and impeccable. Very close to Disney.

The staff you have at this facility went above and beyond to make sure our stay went perfectly. The security guard even went so far to let us borrow her phone charger brick because we accidentally left ours at home. Everyday we returned from the park our beds were made and it was super clean. Will be staying at this location for every trip we make in this area!

Another gem near Flamingo, I’ll be coming back. Very quiet, clean and laid back hotel in the heart of Disney Resort.

We chose the hotel for its great location, as only 10 minutes drive from the Disney Parks! It was clean & comfortable with friendly, helpful staff!
I’d emailed to ask for a room with disability access but we were allocated a room as afar away from the lift as could be and had a bath, not walk in shower! Still, the room itself was well equipped with a kitchen area too! The only thing lacking was a safe! Beds were comfortable and we used the sofa bed which also was fine! We didn’t use housekeeping but clean towels could be picked up from reception!
The included breakfast was ok & there were some hot items such as scrambled eggs, sausage & turkey bacon!
We made use of the pool on a couple of occasions which was good after a long day at the parks.
All in all, the hotel was excellent value for money!

We have stayed here in the past, which is the reason why we chose to stay here again. Upon arriving in our room, there was a definite smell of smoke in the room. We also found either fingernail or toenail clippings on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The shower was dirty with something that I am honestly not sure what it was on the shower walls. We were only staying one night and did not get in the room until late, so I did not even bother to notify the front desk.

Kevin and 3 overnight ladies at the desk were very nice, the manager Christine was a bit rude when we asked if we could get a complimentary upgrade (which was offered to us at the hotel we usually stay when we go to Disney), the food is delicious (although a bit of change would likely be appreciated), and the shuttle bus to Disney parks is helpful.

Loved my stay here, the team were lovely, and always happy to help. The hotel was clean and well organised.
The free transfers to Disney are an excellent bonus - get in early to get your seat as they are limited.
The complimentary breakfast buffet was beyond what I was expecting, with an incredible variety of options.
Definitely recommend as a place to stay if visiting Disney in the area

We mostly dealt with Front desk rep name Hamza. He was amazing, he gave us some awesome tips for the parks. Helped us out with whatever we needed for the room. Very caring and professional service. I would recommend this place.

I give this property and the staff a 5 star for their hospitality. My first time visiting Orlando with my family and the kids were so happy. The rooms were cleaned, the pool was amazing, and the breakfast was perfect. The place is near Flamingo crossing plaza including stores and restaurant such as Target, 5 Below, 5 Guys, Wendys, Lime Mexican, Starbucks all you can walk in 5 minutes if you dont have a car.
The front desk staff is so kind and always happy to assist in any questions.
I will definitely be coming back if i travel to Orlando again.

The hotel itself is clean. Loved the pool. Restaurant on property. Near all parks. What I did not like was that some of the features were not provided like the fire pit or fireplace.

The hotel was great, the restaurant was great, pool, whirlpool, gym, ping pong table all great services. The breakfast was good but my only complaint was there was no white bread and it was the exact same breakfast every day and the bacon was turkey bacon not regular bacon. They also only cleaned the room every other day so we had to ask for extra toilet paper multiple times since there was 1 roll for 4 people. They also had cornhole and an arcade which were nice features though we did not get a chance to take advantage of them. Overall a great experience and would definitely go again.

I like the stove part, the property needs upgrading the wall plug doesn’t work on new phone charger. The fridge not working the stove burner not working head board lamp not working bedsheets smells,sofa is dirty ottoman dirty shower not working properly, sofa bed not good you can feel the spring on the mattress.

The room smelled of mold and every time the air conditioning turned on it just got worse. We were constantly left without towels and supplies as they were not replenished. Had to go to the front desk and ask for more where they handed them out on the spot.

Not bad, but the way it was promoted with the photos on site probably made it a little too overrated while I booked it.
Also, the staffs are friendly but not too proactive while providing the supplies, had to ask for everything since check-in.
The rooms/suites could be convenient for a single occupancy, but feels very small for a family.
We didn't stay much in the room since were out since morning till late evening/night.
The breakfast is standard, but exactly the same for 4 nights stayed.
Don't want to rate them down but I'll call it an average hotel, probably expected a little more. Also maybe because our room was on a dull end with no views.

i only stayed because the AC was broken in my apartment. If somone is vacationing here in Orlando i would DEFINATELY recommend staying here! Incredible price being so close to Disney, amazing breakfast included, beautiful and fun Star Wars themes in the elevators! I would stay again; I just hope I don't have to under these circumstances!!

The property is nice and close to the Disney Area. Outside of our room the hotel was very nice and clean however in our room there was hair in the shower when we got in the room. The climate control wasn’t properly working. In our 4 nights of being there housekeeping did not come in once which we were told they came in every other day. The room itself had a nice layout and was great for our needs however the cleanliness was as nice as some other Marriott hotels I have stayed at.

Pool and lobby looked great. No coins in coin change machine or front desk to do laundry. Other than that rooms very old, outdated and dirty. I had to wait to get a room and when I told the girl at the front desk that it was already 4pm to check in she responded (rudely) that that’s just a suggested time. Unbelievable

I have stayed here many times and everytime is a great experience. The staff is nice rooms are always clean breakfast in the morning is always good. we love the pool the bar and restaurant at the pool. the location is great we are about 5-10 minutes from disney parks and springs. there is a target across the street which is very convenient also some restaurants ice cream shop walgreens five below wendys all within walking distance. our stay in july was great but for some reason the room service wasnt great we had to call and ask for new towels and to empty garbages which isnt a big deal because they are always so nice and do it with no questions asked i would stay here again and again i love this hotel.

Location was perfect. Close to everything in Orlando. Room and amenities were as expected. Only reasons not 5 stars are no dimmers for lighting when getting up at night and the surprise $10/day parking fee when checking in.

Pretty good overall. Housekeeping never really cleaned in the 9 days we stayed. Housekeeping also kept leaving us without towels or toilet paper and we were told to get them ourselves from the lobby. But overall id stay again 👍
