The Coron Ecolodge is a budget hotel in the center of the continuously constructed, mostly unfinished and very busy small village of Coron (a beautiful place to dive wrecks, visit remote islands, track and enjoy nature). The key activity here is wreck diving and island hopping. The really good news is, that staff is super helpful and kind. It has a small but good restaurant with limited number of dishes, nevertheless clean and safe to eat (well tested). The free breakfast is good, they have several choices and they ask you the previous evening what your choice is for the following morning. Suggest you also add a time, like 6.30 am, so that it comes out warm and fresh from the kitchen. Front desk staff is super helpful, they will get you onto wi-fi, which is good once working (!); best in the opposite small restaurant (which also belongs to Ecolodge). Secret: if wi-fi still does not work, ask the front desk ladies to reboot the router (just unplug and plug in the power supply), wait 3 mins, and then try the password again. That should work. The surrounding area is a bit run-down, full of unfinished construction, nevertheless all safe even in the evening. There is usually loud music coming from neighboring restaurants until about 10 pm, but sometimes until later. The music is good, but a bit too loud. (You can fall asleep with your noise cancellation headphones and then later at night take it off... it works!) Suggest you purchase all your ferry, tour, etc. tickets here.

I got there only to be told that I didn’t have any reservations with them! I booked and paid through Expedia, w/c up to this time haven’t worked on my refunds! None of the hotel staff ever tried to help w/ the situation. All they kept on saying was that I didn’t have reservations w/ them!

This hotel was good. Fair price, air conditioning that worked. A nice clean and safe place to sleep. No frills, but we had a wonderful stay. Free breakfast every morning was pretty good as well. The one con was that the wifi didnt work the whole time we were there, so we had to go across the street to use theirs.

Excellent and reasonably priced hotel. For first timers like us at Coron, it is centrally located to port, tour operators, restaurants, coffee shops, stores, etc. Good location and the staff are all super nice and accommodating.

Our rooms shower head was spraying everywhere resulting in a constantly wet bathroom floor. The price is not cheap enough for the quality. Should be cheaper if they offer that type of disappointment.

The staff are friendly, room is clean, location is at center of town, but wifi is slow. Bed has no blanklet, we should ask for it as addition (50p).

We had a nice stay at the Eco lodge. It's very close walking distance to everything in the town, it was nice and clean but basic. Staff were helpful and breakfast was basic but good. Only complaint is we were next door the the reception/restaurant area and they started playing music at 5.30am so not the quietest spot.

Staff is fantastic and very helpful, they were very friendly and on time to pick us up from the airport, good value for the price, bathroom and linens could use a good amount of bleach though

This is for sure a budget hotel. Location is good, staff are friendly and helpful, but rooms are very cramped, wifi non existent, and the first room we checked into there stunk ferociously.

Eight nights stay. Hotel is located conveniently in the heart of Coron. Only a few walking minutes to the market, shops, etc. Shuttle from Busuanga airport was reasonably priced. Mid-range, basic cozy accomodation with friendly & helpful staff from security, concierge to maintenance. Sister hotel across the street and next to it ie. Treetop which is the newest of 3. Ecolodge included good breakfast. Coffee, tea & water available all day/night. Two storey hotel with 2 twin beds, hot water, older tube tv in room but we're out all day. Coron's underwater was the greatest, took Highlights Tour via hotel. Loved that hotel was close to everything, walking distance to Lolo Nonoys turo turo, Mt Tapyas, Sea Dive, market, etc. Best Ribs at Santinos should not be missed, only a trike ride away. Overall, hotel was great and will recommend. Will def return to Coron!

Nothing to complain - room rate is ok you've got what you paid. Staffs are accommodating and in-house foods are ok.

This hotel offers basic accomodation for a low price in Coron. The staff and service are really good. You can start your island hopping trips from here and enjoy meals and shopping,as it is in the center of Coron Town.

In generel a fine lodge. The staff was VERY good in terms of service and very polite and helpful. The breakfast is ok - nothing speciel.My shower head didnt work properly and the internet was very limmitted in the room - only downside.

Hotel is accessible to shopping and dining. Also for city tour.

We enjoyed our stay at Coron Ecolodge.The place was cozy and near the town proper. The staff is friendly and nice. Food is good. It was easy to book tours to the beaches .We had tranfers to and from the airport.
