Excellent location across from the beach and boardwalk. Old hotel, sink faucets so close to the bowl you can barely get your hands under them. No mat for the tub/shower which was quite slippery.

I wouldn’t consider this a 4 star hotel, it needs a serious facelift.

The internal areas of the property is very dated and shabby, specially the bedroom with cracked floor tiles and wall paper pealing off. We were not expecting plastic mugs at the coffee station, no teaspoons and not enough coffee saches for two. Certainly not 4 star! On the upside, the pool area was absolutely lovely.

Even though Hotels.com made a mess of the booking by only booking for 2 adults upon arrival it was realised by the hotel who then said due to the time it was not possible to change rooms but they would add an extra bed the following morning with no drama or fuss. Thank you Oriol. The hotel is simply fantastic the rooms are spotlessly clean a tad basic but the service and friendliness of everyone at the hotel is exceptional! I travel a lot with my job and many of the larger chains could use these guys as a benchmark! We were only here a couple of nights but will definitely be back next time we are in Sitges!

The property was very good although a little tired in places. Some damage to the walls and wood work around the room. Very clean room Staff were excellent and helpful. Pool area was very clean and tidy.

This hotel was a nice find in Sitges. It is a nice, modest hotel close to downtown, across the street from the beach and close several restaurants/bars. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place for you, but it’s pool, garden and restaurant make it a good option for families or those looking for a good hotel close to downtown Sitges.

This was a night stop for a long journey. Most importantly, the hotel accepts dogs and parking is included. The staff welcome was great and offered a complementary drink from the bar (cava, thank you). The grounds around the hotel (pool, garden, and outdoor bar) are we well maintained and look very nice. The public rooms around the hotel are also in good condition. The room itself was a decent size, with air-conditioning, a decent sized balcony, and we had a great view of the sea and the promenade. The decor was a little bit in the corners and above the air-conditioning unit, and the bathroom could probably benefit from a face-lift (eg. tiling around the shower). That said, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet; we got a good night's sleep. The hotel is in a great location. A 15-minute walk to the centre of town. It's close enough to lots of restaurants and bars, but far enough away not to be disturbed by any noise. We even saw a British TV & Radio celebrity at the same restaurant. Would we recommend the hotel? Definitely. Would we stay again? Yes, if we come this way again. We liked Sitges.
