Not worth $90 a night. But definitely right in the middle of everything. Unfortunately they closed the beach access. At the price we paid we were expecting world-class resort, as we just came from one in Cebu the same day.

The initial family room we were given did not have a fridge as it was "broken" and have a strong sewage smell coming from the shower drain and on the 2nd morning the washroom flooded and thr toilet would not flush. they do not have laundry service even though it is listed as an amenity feature. We even had to take a room downgrade and they would not adjust the price.

And in a great place for Restuarants and local bars they have a well stocked shop with everything that you forgot and also a fabulous seafood Restuarant with fresh fish and shellfish daily that’s BBqd as you order

This hotel can be better to accommodate and support better to its guests. No soap, no shampoo, white towels look brown. I would not stay in this hotel again.

The pool is out of service and was filthy- given how many mosquitos there are in Bohol we were surprised that they had not drained the pool given it clearly hadnt been in use for a while. The sign stating it was out of service was in English only, a few Chinese/ Non English speaking tourists used it in the evening without realising. On day 2 of our trip the shower stopped working, we were informed the maintenance man was on holiday so nothing could be done until the next day, when challenged it was suggested that we use a bucket! They ultimately changed our room but the staff hounded us whilst we moved, trying to get access to our old room before wed been able to pack, demanding that we were quicker (it only took us 5 minutes to move), we realised that this was because they wanted to put other guests in that room despite there being no water (shower, toilet, sink- noting that the Coronavirus is currently spreading in Asia). We did flag that they should not do this and expressed our concerns however we were informed it wasnt our problem. On the final day the water also stopped running in our new room. Whilst it is a cheap hotel running water is a basic expectation. They did not clean the rooms in 4 days and refused to change the towels stating that they had run out. Finally on check in they want cash only- despite having a card machine, they will insist they do not- however being persistent will result in them finding it. I travel a lot and this hotel really was shocking.

My family and I are regular guest at henann resort in panglao . We have seen many changes to this resort over the past 3 years . The one thing that they still can’t do right is check and check out . Guest should not have to stand in line for 2 hours to check in , Also the rooms are starting to look old and worn out . The breakfast buffet which used to be incredible has gone down hill to just mediocre , i was very disappointed .

Basic hotel with everything you need for your Bohol visit. Pool was closed when we were there which was disappointing.

Our stay was fairly good. The staff are friendly and accommodating. It is convenient with everything (restaurants, excursions, beach, etc.) We will stay there again if and when we go back to Bohol.

Booked this based on previous reviews. Overall the stay was ok, but not great. Price is high considering the cons below. Pros: WIFI worked well, TV had many channels, good size bathroom, bathroom was very clean, water pressure was no problem. Cons: rather far from the beach, room is quite small for the price you pay, ac blasts into your face all night long, walls are thin wood, so you can hear every word of your neighbors.

It was good. The staff was so friendly. But you should have water for guest and electric kettle.

We stayed 4 nights and the room was never made up by a maid. We had room 9 at the left rear of the property. The air conditioner was a roaring monster. window view was of a wall about 5 feet away. This was probably the worst room in the hotel.
That said we saw the hotel had mostly good rooms with Windows onto a pleasant, quiet, shaded courtyard. The pool was small but very nice on the hot days we had. Food at onsite restaurant was excellent. Located to give sound insulation from the street action and yet be right in the action! Beach a short walk of about 3 minutes. We just wish we had a better room!
