Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and the area was safe. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a lovely hotel with nice staff. The price was exceptional for the quality of everything , from service, facilities and rooms to location and breakfast. Only a very small suggestion. Could there be a bar open from midday through to late evening and possibly a kettle in the room.

Very nice hotel, good location, walkable. It was good value for money My only disappointment was they could not assist changing small amounts of dollars which most hotell of this category can do.

This hotel has lovely rooms and is in a great location. However staff are not very friendly and there was issues with housekeeping not providing hand towels or a floor mat (also blood spots on floor from previous guest by the safe). Breakfast was a large selection of items but 3 hot dishes never change. The waiters clearing tables completely cleared my full coffee and half eaten breakfast three times in five days when I got up to grab a butter or juice, it was frustrating- they need to slow down and give it a few minutes.

Halls are a little worn but room was very nice.

The hotel is very well located and the accommodations are very good. The pillows were too big for me, and they had no alternative for that.

Situé à Providencia, quartier très animé le soir, métro à proximité. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, frigo sous clé :-( ... étonnant! Personnel compétent, petit déjeuner très varié ... génial.

Good location. Now the negatives: Did not experience good service in general Front desk should be more polite and smile a bit, at least. Restaurant personnel consistently ignored me. No help at all, not even to open the door at entrance or exit despite I was full of bags. I was totally by myself. The room was a bit dirty. The Gym was quite smelly.

The location was good. The breakfast could of been better. Also, there was a weird smell in the elevator.

they let me to have an early check-in. that was good. but did not have coffee pot in the room. if you need a hot water, u have to go down all the way to the lobby floor.

Its location in the PROVIDENCIA neighborhood is more than ideal. The area of the hotel is highly recommended, it is SAFE, it is nice and extremely clean and has tons of interesting places, shops, shopping centers, restaurants and the metro stop is just two blocks away. Everything one needs is between walking distance and that is a huge advantage. Don't forget to bring your electricity adaptor for Chile. If one happens not to bring it, one can buy an adaptor of excellent quality and for a couple of USD American dollars at the shop next to the hotel. The rooms are decent size, with A/C, the bathroom is big and with a fantastic cold & hot shower and bathtub. WiFi works incredible well in all areas of the hotel, even in the rooms. Breakfast is buffet style and it is of good quality and has variety of food, though every day they serve the same menu. After I visited Santiago de Chile I am confident to say that I selected a great hotel option and in a superb area of Santiago de Chile. I would stay here again. A good lodging experience for the correct price.
