The hotel itself is very nice. Due to construction on I-70 which borders the hotel, there is a lot of extra noise.

Just a stop the night. Great breakfast. The only negative was the noise from the highway.

Room was good! Parking was terrible. Not enough spots. Breakfast was wonderful!

I have forgotten her name but the lady who. He led us in that evening was spectacular. She seemed to REALLY care about making us comfortable.

Pros: Great stay, friendly staff, indoor pool, basic fitness area, good breakfast area, washer/dryer if needed Cons: The back parking lot is ridiculous!! People parking long ways taking up 7 spots and/or blacking you from being able to back out on the back row. FIX THIS! It’s the only reason you don’t get 5 stars.

Did not like the shower head. The jet stream was about 4 inches and could not change it so water came out of the entire shower head. Made for an uncomfortable shower. Biggest complaint was the highway noise. I did not think the location would be a big deal since I have stayed at other hotels this area with a room facing the interstate with no issues. It must be a construction issue that makes the difference. In other hotels I could not hear the interstate traffic at all, but at this hotel it was super loud and kept me up all night. Would not stay here again for this reason alone. Breakfast was good. Had everything we needed and the guy working the area was very sweet and helpful!

Pleasantly surprised about this stay! I had not stayed in a Best Western for many years and was worried that the condition of the building would be run down since it was in a college town (drunk revelers for college games and parties). Boy, was I wrong! Pleasant and efficient employees manned the front desk and created a seamless check-in and check-out process, answered questions and handled little emergencies. Room was attractive, comfortable and clean. Loved the ease of being able to control the temperature of the room switching modes between air and fan with easy to understand controls. Refrigerator in room was generous-sized and had a nice but small working freezer. All the lamps in the room featured extra plug-ins making it easy to plug in additional devices without having to look for wall outlets. The bed was extremely comfortable (considering I sleep at home on a Sleep Number mattress) and the bedding was not too heavy that you were comfortable all night long without getting too hot. Shower head was adjustable so you could choose between pulse, spray or a combination. The only two room negatives in my opinion was the size of the counter-space next to the sink and the lighting above the sink, which were not too huge of deal-breakers. The complimentary breakfast provided a good variety of choices and the gentleman manning the dining area was constantly checking to make sure there was plenty of tasty food and keeping the area clean. Overall, excellent stay!

Everything was great, except in the evening the shower was either very hot or cold. However, the next morning the shower could maintain warm and worked fine.

The only thing the hotel was close to Interstate 70, and we heard all the traffic, and police officers sirens all night long.

Was in town to see my son in Fayette. Easy location and close to him with good options for food, etc.

it was a little noisy on that side of the building. Last year when I stayed there it was so peaceful,(the room being on the first floor and I think it was the first room past the laundry room) and quiet and everything felt so clean and comfy(except the bathroom floor seemed a little dirty) and the clerks were very helpful,especially the one on the day shift! When I checked out this time,I saw the same clerk who was so helpful and kind to me last year. I hope you will encourage that clerk to stay on with you because I believe she is an asset to your company!!

Rooms need more lighting, bathroom counter area very small. If more then one person doing make up you wont be getting ready at the same time. Lighting by other mirror is horrible.

Visiting my child at Mizzou. Hotel was close to campus, clean and friendly staff.

Property is near interstate and has a fence completely surrounding the parking areas except for entrance. Rooms are quiet and clean and easily accessible.

Everything is great but there needs to be exhaust fans in the bathroom.

The coffee at breakfast was truly delicious!

The room was OK. But the AC filter probably needed cleaning. It was so damp in there my hair got frizzy. Kind of like it was chilled by a swamp cooler. Plus it was noisy. However it was convenient to the interstate, so there’s that.

We were in town for a Mizzou football game and really enjoyed our stay! Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and extremely helpful. The building is clean and modern as were the rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Front desk clerk was amazing. She was very nice. Room was great. Didn’t like espn wasn’t available but not their fault

My room was so dirty and broken down, and the stay was so noisy and disrupted, that I hope to hear from Best Western corporate management. I have been a member for many years, and I was shocked at how bad this experience was.

Upon arriving there was little to no greeting, we entered our room and there were dirty black socks that weren’t removed from the last guest. Rooms smelled terrible. 3rd floor to 2nd floor major leaks causing the fire alarm to set off and guests waited outside for 20 or so minutes pondering if it was safe to stay or not, rooms flooded and smells were instilled in the walls and rooms.

The fire alarm went off for 45 minutes. I was staying at the hotel because it was important to me that I get a good night's sleep prior to a serious back surgery at 5:30 the next day.

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! The hot breakfast was great too. I would definitely stay here again and bring my kids.
