Old room, unless kitchen only cutlery and dishes for 1 person, we weer with 4 persons, bath not clean, only towels for 2, poot air conditioning

Room was still under construction. Half painted, bathroom fan barely working and extremely noisy, no water pressure, bathtub doesn’t drain, towels are worn out. Soap was like wax and the shampoo was basically the size of a ketchup packet. Overall one of the worst places I have stayed in but was the only one available in a emergency situation

For a two star hotel it was good. It is right beside the highway so it was fairly noisy.

The stay was great until early morning. The people in the next room had a domestic dispute of the physical nature. I was so scarebags and got the heck out of there.

I liked the service

It’s COLD in here even with the heaters cranked. But at least it’s quiet.

The lady at the front desk was very nice, I was disappointed in the bed, it was very hard and quite uncomfortable, the walls are very thin so noise from other rooms and people talking outside and the traffic from the main street was loud and made sleeping difficult, but the price was pretty good so I guess you get what you pay for!!

I liked the convenience of the motel--close to all the amenities we needed.

Very central clean and tidy

Have service dog/tried to charge me pet fee. Found pills left on floor when arrived, Was in kitchen room, would be great if i was 6 ft. Every thing was so high I could not reach the shelves with out a step stool. I am short. I am a senior it was a hike to get to the room. There was no grass only gravel parking lot. When arriving someone left there dog tied to the stairs, had to pass with hands full and dog under foot to get past to get too room. didn't go over well. would not stay there again. Not recommended.

Check room before you book, our room was in the middle of a reno ( I would advise the hotel to get their money back because a armless monkey could do a better job) you have to basically straddle the toilet to open or close the door, drywall mud on door handle, front door you can see outside through door jam so anytime someone smokes it comes right into the room.

Had two young kids 6 and 10. Had two ferry wait from Vancouver island and had got delayed by an accident so came in late. Wouldn’t pick up phone or open door so had to pay for a room I reserved and couldn’t even stay at. Wouldn’t recommend them for anything. We slept in truck

Noisy with party goers loud until 4;30 am Obviously road construction or pipeline workers. Work boots all over the outside of rooms. Would have gotten a better rest if I just pulled over and slept in the car at a rest area.

We were impressed by the awesome room that we had. It was clean and very nice. The bathtub was large and the bathroom was beautiful. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and it was fun to actually check in with her. This will be our home away from home when we come back to visit our friends again.

Good quality motel for the low price. Can park right in front of your room. Easy walk to stores and restaurants. Noisy from people on balcony and in room above us,

The motel is ok, but just ok. The woman at the desk spent 10 minutes looking at hotels .com to see if I paid or not, while I waited. It always makes a bad impression when people assume you are a thief and a liar as soon as you walk in the door. If I were trying to get something for nothing, I would do so at a far better place than that. Better for crews than families.

Great location. I like that my car was just a few steps away from my room. It is an old facility that has been updated somewhat. Unfortunately a group of four crew men were partying in the room above me. The walls and ceilings were very thin at that point.

Nice lady at front desk. Quiet room.

Walls are extremely thin and you can clearly hear conversations in the next room. Room cleanliness ok. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and I ended up slipped in the car for part of the night (to get some quietness).

The room is being renovated. The bathroom and kitchenette have nice fittings. Drywall isn’t finished being painted. It’s odd that they rented an unfinished room. The furniture is old and battered. The mattress is VERY firm and I slept very uncomfortably on it. There were no amenities at all; you couldn’t even buy bottled water, and since the local water is heavily chlorinated, you might want to. When I arrived, the door was locked and said “back in 15 minutes “. I waited about 20 minutes before calling. Another couple had been waiting longer than me. The clerk immediately came to open the door and apologized, saying she had been talking to someone at the back. I guess you can’t expect much for $100 anymore.

The room should not be rented in that condition.Everything is worn and very old.Carpets stained,bathroom fan hanging from the ceiling, Pillows no padding and the room had a musty smell

It was a stop on my road trip, so I was just looking for a cheap and available bed. The lady at the front desk was very nice and efficient and also told me, that this room has a little defect on the wall in the bathroom. Nothing wild, it didn't bother me at all. What was really nice and unexpected was the kitchen in the room! Over all the room was clean, but not new. Which does not bother me at all. It was all functional in it. The only thing that was a little annoying was the hot water tap in the bathroom not working without a terrible noise and the one in the kitchen not having actually warm water as expected from a hot water tap.
