Nice clean room and comfortable beds.

It a can quiet and convenient location. The cleaner did not mop the floors and did not change the bathroom floor mat. Otherwise, the place is great for a small community.

Clean, easy, price was right

Nice, new hotel, but parking and accessibility was terrible! Because the upper front-door parking lot was full, we had to go around to the lower lot. If you are in a chair, or lugging heavy wheeled luggage, you will have to navigate uphill, back out into the frontage road, around bushes and landscaping, and then through the upper parking area to get to the front door, because there are no stairs, ramp or walkway, just a pea-gravelled area that’s tough to WALK through, much less anything else! Breakfast was less than standard, and we ended up waiting a long while til more eggs (Omelet?) were done, and ended up having cereal instead.The coffee was sooo black that no amount of cream would make it drinkable or lighter, and there was no bacon, sausage or anything else. We ended up grabbing breakfast on the road. But the rooms were clean ans comfy, and not too much traffic noise where we were at.

When I requested no stairs, the young lady spent time and located a room that not only didn't require using stairs, but found something close to my parking. I'm 70 years old with titanium knees, and appreciated her efforts

Check in staff is unprofessional and unfriendly. She just handed me the room keys didn’t tell me a room number. I had to look on the paper I just signed to find out what room I was in. She didn’t tell me any information about the hotel like breakfast hrs, nothing. It seemed like I was an inconvenience to her. The breakfast is terrible.

Bed comfortable. Breakfast and service were standard. Had booked a king but was asked to accept a queen. The desk clerk said single guests are given priority to king rooms leaving couples to use queen. That logic totally escapes me and I will not be staying in this hotel again for that reason.

Made a booking on this site. My mastercard was approved for total cost of room. I asked 3 times the person booking site - to make sure room was booked and that my family from south could just get key and stay in room. Staff was rude and unprofessional. They said thete was no booked room. Caused a big argueing match with staff.
