I reserved a room with a King Bed, the front desk gal gave us an "Upgrade" to a suite but the bed was downsized to a Queen instead, I was not informed of that difference ahead of time. Considering it is a hotel it was odd that there was NO luggage racks, nowhere to put our bags while we we were there. The counter in the bathroom had very little space to use around the sink to place anything to use. The tap water was horrible, there was something in the building outside making it hard to sleep. Between lack of sleep and awefull water I did not feel very good the next morning. The water in the shower was too strong, like it was trying to beat you up. I would not stay there again.

It was extremely well cared for and the room was modern and had great amenities, fridge, hot plate, microwave, kitchen sink, working desk, couch with ottoman and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was well stocked and wonderful. The gym space was more than adequate. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Nice, quiet, conveniently located, friendly staff, super easy check in/out, the sheets and towels felt and smelled really clean. The only downgrade was the shower, it could use a little deeper clean.

Only complaints is that parking is minimal and breakfast was making. Twice when we went to have the hot food nothing was made.

Strongly recommend if visiting olympia. Great location, 2 blocks away to the Capitol and lake as well as historical areas. Breakfast has everything i needed, coffee, bagel , yogurt and eggs. Very new and well maintained inside. It's a bit pricy but worth it.

The location is good and the hotel has been refurbished recently. The amenities are good and the staff are all very nice people. Unfortunately, the bathroom fan runs 24/7 - apparently it’s the only ventilation for the rooms. The one in my room was really loud and made it very difficult to sleep. (The heater/ AC could be adjusted.).

Great experience traveling with 2 large dogs for the first time involving hotel. Everyone was great and ready to have us all as their hotel guest. Quiet location, great walking area for dog walks, clean and spacious room. We will be back.

We visited Olympia for just a night. The staff was cheerful and friendly. Rooms are modern and clean.

This was probably the best organized, well laid out hotel room of our trip. The room was not huge but the layout was so good that it felt spacious. Closets and drawers were great, as was overall condition and renovation of the room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We walked to the downtown and marina which were close by. Would definitely stay here again!
