All the staff were very friendly. Many options for swimming pools and activities. Breakfast was great.

Although the property being old still family oriented .the staffs make sure the facility safe. Needs some more improvement.to amenities.the most important is my grand children have fun still looking forward to go back in the future 😊

Hotel staff are not helpful at all specially front desk, one of them is LYKA. Calling the property is difficult no one is answering.

The staff was amazing and they were really accommodating. But I was very disappointed about the lack of beach in this property, after all, their name is Whiterock Beach. The pictures are a bit deceiving. Although I feel bad about saying so because the staff really made up for what the property is lacking. The pools are outdated and there is no beach, lots of commercial business, and just not worth paying 250 a night for. It is more like a waterpark resort. We normally stay at Camayan beach but it was booked so we gave this one a try. Shouldve just walked into Camayan and gambled if there were any rooms available. Staff was super great though.

There are hidden charges

Nice hotel with plenty of amenities to keep the kids and adults having fun. I may not be the most modern hotel but at least they keep it clean and maintain

Sad hotel with unidentified charges.... All they want is ur money. No wifi, no service, very bad condition of room. Room had no standard facilities provided in even one star hotels.

Beach and wave pools

We had a good time, but a bit disappointed as it was quite simple and tired. On the good side the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was good. Small things pulls it down, like metal sunbeds (painfull), extra payment for the floating island, extra payment for towels (expect to be included when it's called Resort), and also not so family friendly menu as no childrens menu or possibility to order half orders. Also no wifi in the rooms.

Family trip to Subic. As we wanted something close to Manila we choose White Rock because of the waterpark. Beach is not at "White beach" and very small, but the waterpark in the resort is great. Pools for all ages. Resort is very clean, and staff super polite and friendly. Many activities, including gym, island hopping, zip-line, waterslides etc. Resort restaurant offer a great variety of local and international dishes of good quality. We visited in mid February which apparently is off season. We practically had the resort for our selves, bur service did not lack in any way.

클락공항에서 1시간 남짓... 바로 앞에 바다가 너무 너무 좋았다... 워터파크도 한적하고 몇가지 되지않는 놀이시설이지만.... 알짜로 이루어진듯 해 대 만족이였다... 주변에 식당도 많고... 15분정도 거리에 한식당도 많이 몰려있어서... 식사해결하기도 매우 유용했다... 입구에 세븐일레븐이 있어 출출할때 이용하기 좋았으며... 특히... 객실앞...자쿠지는 비오는날 한적한 휴양을... 즐기기 좋았다... 다음에 꼭 한번 방문하고 싶다... An hour from Clark airport ... Right before the sea was so good ... The water park is a quiet and playful facility. It seemed to be made in the net and was a great satisfaction ... There are many restaurants around ... It's about 15 minutes away from the Korean restaurants. Meal solving was also very useful ... There was a Seven-Eleven at the entrance, so it was good to use when ... Especially ... In front of the room ... Jacuzzi is a relaxing holiday on a rainy day ... Good to enjoy ... White rock is amazing even with the bad weather we still enjoyed the stay,staff very competent and helpful,amazing view,can you imagine in summer here?paradise!

Sent an email already explaining dissatisfaction and left resort one night early.

Room, appliances and furniture need upgrade, Price is expensive for a cheap look room. Staff should be more courteous especially during checkin and checkout. Rate was overpriced. The beach is so dirty! There’s a lot of trash!!! Drainage goes out to the sea. WiFi was very, very, very slow! Tv reception was bad and tv screen was blurry!
