Room is cold and quiet. Front desk is helpful and staff were more than courteous with our needs.

Cockroach in the bathroom. No room slippers. Room was WAY smaller as compared to the ones advertised in the photos. Request for late checkout was not granted even though the hotel wasn't even fully booked. The duvet was not tied in properly and was slipping out of the sheets.

Check Out staff insistent that Invoice is not the responsibility of the property. Instructed me to get it from booking.com

Did not like that the breakfast was pre-cooked and had to eat in our room. Since we did not have a table in our room it made it difficult

Location was good

The fact that the booking said buffet breakfast and it was not. One of our rooms(212) had water leaking from the hot water heater on to electrical cables, called the front desk and was told to wait then called a second time and asked if we could move rooms because of the water leak and no maintenance on site, was told they couldn't without authorization from a manager. I then went down to the front desk and asked for the on duty manager and was told their was no on duty manager, I then again asked for another room and finally was able to get a different room after the front desk clerks called and asked if we could move.

We have stayed in 12 different hotels in the past three months, and this only the second that had the room fully organized like pre covis, except for the booze in the frig.

We were in the room next to that office, and we could hear the people talking through the wall.

Great location. Close to all the good restaurants and little bistro’s. Also an easy 20 minutes drive Camayan beach and also close to the exit of Subic for when you leave. Friendly staff and I guess they do what they can during Covid. 👍👍

It’s worth what you pay for it.
