Can hear people on floor above walking and people outside talking. No swimming pool.

I go scuba diving out of San Pedro quiet often. Compared to the other motels and hotels in the areas. This is the only place where I can park and unload my truck with equiment near my room. Parking is secure with cameras and large LED flood lights. Rooms are clean and comfy. The internet works very good. I will return again.

Great one night stay in San Pedro prior to boarding a cruise. No frills but nice.

I rated the hotel 3 stars because of the amount of towels that were available. There were only 2 wash cloths and 2 bath towels. There were 2 of us so, that sounds good but, no. There weren't any hand towels to dry our hands on after washing our hands or any towels to use for a fewt when we got out the shower. And, if my memory serves me correctly, I don't even think there was soap. LOL! Only stayed the night before our cruise but, still. More towels should definitely be given in the future. Other than that, the area was cool and staff was, too.

Was catching a ferry to Catalina the next morning. Manager Sam was very nice lets me leave some bags while my rooms got ready and I got an opportunity to explore the city from the Recommendations he gave me!! Super cool dude and motel😎

Rest our heads here before going to the San Pedro Fish Market the next day. It was a great location. Had a grocery store across the street too to grab beer and snacks. Rooms were basic clean and had everything you needed. Parking was very easy and free. Hotel had Wifi and smart tvs which I liked very much.

Based on the reviews, we figured this would be a great place for the price. Upon arrival, the check in was through a security window…could not see who we were talking to. Nice enough guy…said it was a safe neighborhood. Heard gunshots in the night and looked up the area again and apparently it is on one of the two streets in the city that have the most crime issues. Property was updated for the most part, but daughter found bits of dark hair all over in the sheets. They were quick to bring by new ones.

Very convenient to the port, which was our purpose for the stay. Restaurants within walking distance. No shopping options within walking distance.

Very no frills and very bare bones. Hard bed, No nightstand lighting. But it was clean and cheap; so that is the trade off.

This is a budget motel, so it is about what one should expect from a budget hotel. It isn't fancy, but it is fine. Location is walkable, and parking was a breeze. Bed was comfy, and aircon worked well. The only negative was that the bathroom had a sulfer smell. It seemed to be coming from the shower drain, but I'm not certain. It was unpleasant, but otherwise the room was good enough for a short stay.

For the price I thought it would be in better condition!

Could be cleaner

Didn’t know what to expect when we saw the Inn, but the price was great since we were just staying one night. The room was clean and comfortable. Room had a coffee maker, surprised it also included a microwave and refrigerator. Our stay was short but exceeded our expectations. Short walking distance to restaurants. We had breakfast at the San Pedro Cafe which was delicious.

Very close to the ports if going on a cruise, which was our reason for staying here. Working with the staff was a little hard thru the tinted windows since you can't really see the face of the other person. Room was OK and AC works just fine. You'll want to use slippers inside. It's not like the floors were dirty but the bottom of your feet does. Free wifi a big plus. Best to bring your own soap and shampoo as the small packets were a little hard to open. Arrive early as the parking looks to be full when I woke up to get coffee.

Recommended clean and quite, the office staff was very nice.

The beds & pillows are extra firm, too firm for us.

Great location night was quiet and went to San Pedro Brewery only a block away careful ordering the Long Island iced tea

Staff was amazing and very accommodating and the building is outdated but perfect for a one night stay.

Was in town for a music festival at the Queen Mary, and this was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area. It's about a 10 minute drive to the Queen Mary. We arrived on a Saturday around 11 and asked if we could check in early. The man at the desk was very friendly and kind, and let us check in (so that we could have the key), but said it would be until at least 1pm when the room was ready and cleaned. We went around the corner for lunch and when we came back the room was ready and cleaned at a few minutes before 1! From the outside this place looks like a motel, but it's very clean and spacious inside. We had 2 double beds (the bedding could have been a little fluffier in my opinion, but beds were comfortable enough). The room has a fridge and plenty of space to lay out all of your suitcases. The bathroom was also very nice and seemed to have been re-done recently.
