The bathroom vanity did not have enough room for my wife’s make up and all of her bathroom accessories. Otherwise, everything else is fantastic

Loved our stay here. Fantastic suite in the heart of the shopping district. Having access to Zuma was a huge plus will return. Get room 7 if you can.

Location is good but also quite noisy. Could hear people talking on the streets in the early morning, could hear next door showering and talking. Was told no electricity the next morning 6-8am when we checked in. So couldnt sleep well in the morning as it was so stuffy. When we opened the windows, it was so noisy outside. Overall experience not good. Not worth the money we paid for. Staff overall very friendly except for one

Fendi Private Suites is an exceptional property. Great location - equidistant from all the historic sites and in the heart of great shopping. Not the place for people who want the traditional "hotel" experience -- i.e., multiple restaurants, gift shop, etc. Small and intimate. Staff is also excellent.

The staff was INCREDIBLE. They really made us feel welcome and like we were VIP. Will definitely be returning here yearly to celebrate our anniversary after they made our honeymoon so perfect!

Amazing and gorgeous property. Our deluxe suite was HUGE, and the shower was a dream. The staff was so kind and wonderful. It’s in an amazing location with the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain very close by. I HIGHLY recommend this hidden gem of Rome!

It’s a very tiny place with hardly any staff so it’s a good thing and not a good thing at the same time. Very lovely and very helpful and caring when you’re there but messy back and forth emails when booking. The breakfast was at Zuma but terrible. Nothing to eat. Super clean, amazing location and very comfortable room

We were expecting something different because the hotel has only 7 suites, but no, just like any other good 5* hotel (they could use this peculiarity to do something very unique, totally personalized, surprising with some details). We got a suite with a good view, but the smallest one (comparing with the others in the same category). Although the hotel is very new, the furniture shows a bit of lack of mantainence. Because of Zuma, you don’t feel like staying private, always lot of people crossing with you in the lifts (also lot of noise in the room). Shower was definitely not like a good hotel and curtains don’t have blackout. Staff were nice and the hotel location is amazing.

The suite was absolutely perfect, bed and bedding were fabulous, very clean, good staff. Breakfast included and was lovely, good selection. Chamomile tea in the evening was a great touch No door on the shower keeps the showering a little on the cold side. First thing in the morning, slight smell of cooking from the restaurant above but disappears by 10am

After intesive search for a hotel in Rome, we conculded to stay in Fendi private suites. The hotel simply is one of a kind, from location, rooms to food, everything was as expected.Its a boutique hotel, but will meet all your expectation. The rooms and lobby area are classy in style.Very satisfied with our Zuma restaurant experience, as well as our breakfast.Can’t wait for our next visit!!
