At first I must say that receptionist told me that they do not have AirPort Shuttle servise. Secondly, Windows are closed in the room. So it is impossible to take breathe in these old room staffs . Sofa was broke and one of the leg of the bed was broke. No toothe brush no cofee in the room. Awful

Really liked the hotel it was clean and nice. Morning breakfast was very good. The Staff was good especially Sushma who made special karak tea for us and made us feel like home. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff are very nice . Quiet place I liked it . The parking is little bit challenging I also think exit left is more convenient . I just loved the place .

I had the best experience at the hotel, the staff were very helpful, charming and friendly. SABINA AND ABDALLAH at the reception were very helpful and helped me with booking a last minute tour of Abudhabi. Enjoyed and will be back next time InshaALLAH.

I recommend this hotel. The only issue is that sometimes there are no enough parking spots available on the property

What I liked most about this hotel is the staff, who were very respectful, the rooms is clean and its location is good near Wahiz al-Majaz. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The only negative thing is that there are no opening windows or balconies, and the carpets require deep cleaning or changing, due to the unpleasant smell.

It was a great stay, great value for money . The location was perfect. What was the best though is the great team on the reception. The Egyptian gentleman in particular was super kind, helpful and hospitable. Truly friendly team that made the stay very pleasant and comfortable! Thank you so much 🙏❤️

the hotel generally is not good, only good thing is breakfast and the restaurant team serving breakfast. rom service is so slow the room, furniture and beds are old. there is no enough space for parking and there is no one to welcome you and take your luggage's to the room.

One of the worst experiences ever..non-friendly staff and although I booked on expedia, the booking was not found on their system!

Good location, welcoming team, clean room but "we found roaches in the bathroom". The shower is splashing water on the ground may need wider glass. the sofa beds done and need to be changed, and finally the prices in Dubai ibis is way cheaper.

Overall it was good stay but I found the roadworks right in front of hotel annoying. No taxi or cars allowed due to full closure. Walking around was hard. The hotel was ok and clean. Staff were friendly
