The room was nice and clean. We stayed in the 18th floor and could see the ocean from it (even thou the building is a few blocks from the beach). My son slept in a side sofá, which was ok. Breakfast is a little extra but it was worthy and it is cheaper if you buy in advance. All staff was helpful and well-trained. Location is also nice, close to a mall and to Santos’ gastronomic street, with many options of restaurants and convenience stores. Overall we had a good stay and would come back.

so first off its a pretty basic hotel, when i saw it was the same star rating as the Sheraton where i has stayed previously i expected much more. the first thing i noticed was that my door would not open more than half way because it hit the ground so i had to squeeze thru the door with my bags.. my showers hot water went off and had to have someone come fix it then after all that one of the housekeepers walked into my room without knocking while my girlfriend had no clothes on.. after they left i heard them laughing about it outside. what was supposed to be a 3 night stay quickly tunred into a 1 night stay as i checked out early and had alot of trouble being refunded for the other 2 nights.. i was still charged 3 nights and a week later am yet to see the money returned to my account. if you want a nice hotel just stay at the Sheraton in Apperacida it is wonderful, and if you want a crappy hotel then save some money and go pretty much anywhere else. the 2 star Hotel Casaraeo is better than Novatel.

Excellent stay, friendly staff and clean room. Breakfast due to covid is a bit slow and there are times when it gets too crowded and as you order what you want, it gets a slow service. Hotel should add more people to this operation.

Second time in Novotel with my family. Great location walking distance to many stores and beach. Fine restaurant and amenities like swimming pool gym.

Novotel Santos is my preferred option when I am in town. The hotel is new, the staff is friendly, breakfast is tasty, and facilities are new and comfy.

I am originally from Santos so it feels a bit odd to stay at a hotel in my hometown. Santos used to have only a couple of decent hotels, but now it has all changed and the Novotel is one of the new good places to stay. I chose it based on the location, since it is exactly behind my parents' condo building. But the location is good for anyone - steps to shops, restaurants and the beach. We traveled with a 2-year old and when we arrived both the crib (Pack & Play style) and a child tub (the hotel only has showers, so they offer baby tubs) were already waiting for us in our room. First time this has ever happened in all of my travels! The room is not huge, but we were able to move around even with the crib. The bathroom has a separate toilet area closed off, which is good when traveling with more than 1 person. Good closet space for the size of the room and minibar with ok prices. You can use the minibar to store your own drinks (we used it for the baby's milk). We chose the options with breakfast and it had a great assortment of food, including hot options and the traditional Brazilian goodies (cheese bread, cakes etc). Fresh fruit also plentiful. Parking is extra but reasonable (25 reais per day in 2019) and it may take 5-10 minutes for the car do arrive since it is valet only - however, you will likely not need your car during your stay.

Excellent service and facilities from start to finish. Staff brilliant. All very helpful and patient. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Meals excellent and various amenities for keeping children busy. Location superb, near to many fine restaurants and the beach. Would both recommend and use again.

I asked an early check-in by the company's published mail but it was not answered. When I arrived with my wife and two kids after a long night flight, I couldn't get an early check-in. I was able to get my room close to midday.

Everythink was better thank I expected

The hotel was great I was due to change hotel after 3 days but booked in again through hotels.com so I could pay in my local currency and they let me keep the same room

They could improve with room furniture by means of a coach and tv set
