Good Job

I really liked the lobby! If they had a grand piano in there it would complete the asthetics. Just from my experience, when i walked into my room it had the smell of mothball to me which didn't give me as great of an impression. Smell is a very important impression. The room was great in cleanliness and design. I also noticed the ac unit was a bit louder than expected but it was not too terrible.

Water leaking out the A/C units onto the sidewalk to your entry door. All 3 upholstered chairs were wet, we could not sit on anything but the bed. Bathroom door falling off the hinges, roach in bathroom.

First of all when we got to the room the door was not closed and had a crack in it when we entered the room the room supposed to be clean and ready there was an old dirty baseball cap hanging from the TV once any room and got the checking room we realized that the room was very old outdated and possibly have been underwater and so therefore when you shut the door the door will hardly stay close and there was a crack at the bottom of the door with anything could crawl on her and come in the door if you wasn't careful and on top of that the water was slow to go out of the tub when you took showers so you had to take the stopper completely out and then on the day that we was to leave and check out I discovered that there were baby roaches in the bathroom.

Great place! Large but yet quite. We would stay here again.

Not what i expected

Convenient to stores and food options. Good place to stay when going to the beach. Pet friendly. We will stay again.

we went to pensacola to spend 4th of July weekend , so i booked one night at this "hotel" i went to check in at the end of a beach day, the room i booked was 2 beds, i walk in and there is only one bed, they were booked out for the weekend, i had no were to go to sleep they told me to call expedia at 11pm on 4th to try to find another room somewhere else. it was a terrible experience not fun at all. my parents stayed there, the room wasn't clean at all and the breakfast wasn't even eatable. i don't recommend this place at all.

Our stay was excellent from staff to service. Hotel was very clean and was a comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly over all 10 out of 10 stay. Price was affordable will definitely be staying again

The coworkers were very friendly and easy to work with. There was also a lot of families which made it feel safer.

We were very happy when we got to the room. But once we went to check in they said our room had been canceled. This is the second time this has happened to us at this motel. It was canceled last year and it was canceled this year. So we are looking for a new place to stay. Because we are going to use someone that want cancel are Reservations. So that is the part. We are very unhappy with it. Getting our motel canceled.I think we should be given something in return for that becsuse it has happened to us the last two years, and we had to stand there and find a room to stay in because somebody else already had our room. If you can't make it right, we will start using somebody else.I've been using you guys for a long time.

The breakfast selection could be improved.

This is a long time staying property. You can see lots of drug activity. There where roaches.

Extremely filthy with roaches

Found bed bugs between the mattress and box springs ended up getting a refund! We booked 2 rooms with one room between them bugs in both rooms!

It was very pleasant people who worked at the hotel were very helpful.

Room was clean. Property upkeep was nice. Common areas were clean & fun. Had fun at pool. Only negative there were a lot of vulgar teenagers at the pool that walked in from the street. They dominated the deep end of the pool for hours. I actually saw them steal from the lobby.

The customer service was superb , but the environment felt unsafe , cars with no plates, sketchy patrons, not sure if drug deals where going on. I felt unsafe leaving my car unattended there , I was unable to sleep ! The place was affordable but I felt like most of the people there must have had vouchers from red cross and where homeless, some looked like they where on drugs or recovering ! I would not recommend for a female to stay alone maybe if you stayed near the front office you would be okay but keep in mind the hotel is not responsible for break ins or theft. I will admit I left 2 hours later to another location!

My check in was quick and easy, and the front desk person was really nice. The exterior of the property definitely was deceiving, but I enjoyed my stay. The parking lot and the courtyard areas were very well lit, so I didn't feel unsafe or uncomfortable coming in after dark. I was happy that I wasn't by the pool because I heard loud music from people who were still on the pool deck. I could tell there were upgrades/renovations made to the room. Unfortunately, the bed wasn't comfortable; very springy, so I likely wouldn't stay there longer than a weekend. It was close to restaurants and stores, with the beaches being about a 25 minute drive. Also, I didn't experience any bugs or roaches, but unfortunately smelled smoke in my room. That likely came from people who were smoking outside in the courtyard, but still unpleasant for people who don't smoke.

The shower head was broken

The property was clean and I appreciated the non-carpeted floor in the room. breakfast area was small but had plenty of coffee and hot tea choices and pastries. My one complaint was the towels looked and smelled cleaned, except one of them looked like someone used it to kill a bug and left it's guts on it and just went ahead and folded it up and put it in the bathroom.

Reserved a room days prior. Exhausted from hours and hours of commute. Was so ready to relax and shower and sleep. Got to the property & checked in. Received my key card. Entered the room & it was FILTHY. It was not cleaned after the last guests. Dirty used towels on the floor. Bed sheets on the floor. Wrappers and food on the tables. Immediately went to front desk and told them. Expected another room. “Unfortunately all our rooms are occupied and the cleaners don’t get in until the morning.” It’s about 5am. What the hell were me and my husband going to do until then. I cried. Not worth the money to get another expensive ass hotel room somewhere else to only shower and sleep for a couple hours until we had to check out. We had to sleep In our car and alter our plans all because of this. So miserable. Livid doesn’t even describe this horrible experience. Gave me a refund on only one of the two nights I reserved. Honestly shouldn’t have had to pay at all for the kind of experience they put us through. Absolutely ridiculous.

I love going to the hotel, every time I go I get greeted. The staff is wonderful, The rooms is always nice. The room is always clean, quiet inside the hotel.

Overall, decent place for the price. It seemed as if some people were living on the property. My mother-in-law got bit by something in the middle of the night as she was sleeping. She woke up because of the painful itching. The area was red and swollen. Did not see any bed bugs but it could have possibly been one.

When I went to book a room the person working reception had sold our room out to someone else

Nice little place! Floors could have been cleaned better but all around it was okay! It was good for one night for a cheap last min place to stay!
