Loved that there was a sliding door for the porch area with my 15 month old grandson. Was very safe area and the views were terrific. Very convenient for walking to shops and placing to eat.

Lovely stay with a beautiful porch to sit and relax after a long day. Super nice staff and it’s in a great spot to walk to some of the restaurants.

After our family vacation, we decided to stay one more night at a hotel. We were so happy with our choice. An extra night is going to be our new tradition, but hopefully only at this hotel! Clean, convenient and the view was beautiful!! Breakfast at the hotel was a nice offering prior to our long ferry ride

Great harbor view-nice place to stay on the island.! Nice balcony, outdoor furniture, and continental breakfast. Some rooms are less updated than others, but clean.

Very nice property and staff. We stayed in room 104 which is directly above the office. The view from our room above the office was right on the water. The suite was new and clean. We had a sweeping view of the harbor and the ferry terminal. Lots of animal life in the harbor water. The shower stall is not suitable for a large individual. This wasn't an issue for us but could be for some. The only issue we had was the internet service in the room. It kept cutting out. However, stepping out on the deck solved the issue. Therefore, there was something blocking the signal inside the room. And there's no way the staff could know about it unless one were to spend a night. An inexpensive solution would be to install an extender inside the room or directly below. The Inn was the perfect place for our last night on the Outer Banks. We only wish we could have stayed another night.

We loved the cleanliness, comfort, decor and private front deck for sitting and viewing the harbor. Towels were white and clean and bed was comfortable. ONLY concern was strong fragrance that seemed to come from the AC, but they found a box fan which helped exhaust it. We were able to sleep ok with the fan going and the window open.
