MILLION DOLLAR DOUBLE WIDE!!!
Ok, (no realmente) ... cuando estábamos buscando comprar, este lugar estaba en la lista por $ 110,000,000 (que era un error tipográfico) y el lugar era un TERRENO !!! Mientras estaba en construcción, nos referimos a él como el "doble ancho del millón de dólares" y el nombre se quedó, simplemente no parecía correcto llamarlo de otra manera. La casa ha sido COMPLETAMENTE remodelada de arriba a abajo. Baños nuevos, dormitorios nuevos, cocina nueva, exterior nuevo ....... La lista sigue y sigue. Realmente sentimos que hemos gastado un millón de dólares en ello. Ubicado en el corazón del pueblo, está a una corta distancia a pie o en bicicleta de todos los restaurantes y tiendas. El alquiler de bicicletas está al otro lado de la calle, la cafetería está a 3 calles. Los alquileres de carritos de golf están disponibles en varios lugares de la isla. Hay un gran porche cubierto con una pasarela. En la parte de atrás tenemos una ducha al aire libre con una pasarela al porche.
La casa tiene un dormitorio principal, con una cama queen size y baño principal con ducha.
Dormitorio número 2, tiene un conjunto de literas de tamaño COMPLETO (doble). Duerme 4 cómodamente.
Dormitorio número 3, tiene una cama queen size. El segundo baño tiene una bañera de tamaño completo.
Smart TV están en todas las habitaciones.
Esta es la configuración perfecta para 2 familias y 4 niños, o 4 parejas.
Cocina totalmente funcional, con una gran sala de concepto abierto, ideal para que toda la familia esté junta. Condimentos básicos de cocina disponibles (reemplácelos si está vacío) o traiga los suyos. Hay una cafetera Keurig disponible, pero debe traer su propio café.
También se incluye una lavadora y secadora.(suministros no incluidos).
No se proporcionarán toallas de baño ni sábanas, pero se pueden alquilar en la limpieza por una tarifa. Las colchas están en todas las camas.

This was our second stay in this house. It is clean and updated and has great ac and comfortable beds. Both times it has been quiet and peaceful. A hidden Ocracoke gem.

We loved visiting the island. The location was in a quiet neighborhood. It was a bit cumbersome to bring our own sheets and towels but we appreciated the affordability of the place.
Just one note about the check in process. Upon checking in we could not find a procedures sheet and it wasn’t clear what other supplies we could use and couldn’t use.

My family enjoyed our stay at this very well kept home on the island. It was equipped with all we needed to cook our meals. My husband was especially happy to see a charcoal grill there. I would like to encourage future guests to check out the fish house as they had all the seafood you could want to cook and eat. My kids had plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms are spacious. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch for breakfast and late in the evening. The house is conveniently located near the Pickleball courts which we had the pleasure of playing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This home was the perfect spot for our crew. We spent a long weekend on the island and had the best experience. The house was clean and setup perfectly to host a group or family. We were bummed the porch wasn’t screened in but still enjoyed our time out there. The backyard space was great & the outdoor shower was the cherry on top of the whole place. We definitely recommend staying here! A few OINC first timers in the group cannot wait to be back!

My first experience renting a VRBO. everything went as expected. House was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Would look at this as an option again in the future for a quick getaway.

We loved our stay! The interior is nicely appointed--everything you could need and in excellent shape. The beds were comfy, and the pillows were so comfortable that we are going to buy some for home! The location is nice and quiet and beautiful. We can't wait to come back.

Ocracoke Vacation
This house worked beautifully for us -- 4 adults and 2 children, aged 3 and 1 month. All amenities were excellent; house was clean and in great shape. Owner was very cooperative and helpful.
Only improvement would be to screen in the front porch, as mosquitoes can be fierce...

We had a wonderful time at this property! The house was very comfortable. The front porch was a nice option for gathering also the inside dining area. We bbq'd, visited, played games ate in some or out at local restaurants. It was easy to find out info on driving on the beach and where to go for local sights/activities.

Perfect and peaceful
We loved this house from the moment we entered it. It was spacious, clean and the beach decor was on point. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook just about anything. It was dark and quiet at night and the beds were super comfy.

A gem on Ocracoke!
We are so fortunate to have found this property! Plenty of room for our mixed group of five adults and four children (under the age of 10). Large porch was a bonus, and gave adults a space to enjoy after children were in bed. Everything was just a short drive away via golf cart. Ikey the car was a nice bonus too :) The property has been beautifully restored and is well cared for.

My fiancé and I got married this weekend and we stayed here. The property was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. The front porch is awesome for hanging out, enjoying a cup of coffee, or even just a place to relax Linda was a great host and even let us check in early to enjoy our special day! AMAZING STAY
My fiancé and I got married this weekend and we stayed here. The property was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. The front porch is awesome for hanging out, enjoying a cup of coffee, or even just a place to relax Linda was a great host and even let us check in early to enjoy our special day!
