The room was mostly clean. There were a few questionable stains on the carpet. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable.
There was no heat, it came with a space heater in the room, but it was very comfortable.
The area was less than stellar, and a lot of people live in the motel, but it was quiet and I didn’t have any trouble sleeping.
All in all, for a one night stay, it was satisfactory and I would stay here again.

It was good price for room on a short notice. It was definitely the oldest property I've been too. The inside wiring could have for power cords could have been routed better, I was timid about pluging anything in. The bed was clean and very comfortable. Overall, I would stay again.

Terrible not even worth $20. The lobby, desk clerk and my room smelled of cat urine! Bad part of town was afraid to park my car in the lot! You have long time residents living there. Absolutely no sleep finally left at 3AM because of no chance on sleeping

This is a smelly and run down motel in the downtown area.

Awful - unsafe, dirty - many windows at property were broken- ours had what looked like a gun shot in it and our door was damaged- appeared to be smashed by attempted break in. Sketchy people hanging around and not good area - felt very unsafe. Thought our car would get broken in if we left it there. We ended up not staying and loosing our money to book another hotel as we couldn’t bring ourselves to sit on bed let alone sleep on it.

The attitude of the desk clerk was antagonistic. The room was filthy. There was no security on the windows. The parking lot has refuse piled in one area.

The room had mildew, people were staring at us from the balcony, bugs on the floor, carpets felt greasy. We felt extremely uncomfortable and couldn't wait to leave.

Even though I could not cancel, i couldn't stay there. It was a horrible, unsafe neighborhood, dirty. It scared me into leaving &paying for a night elsewhere. Residents were sitting on the walkways upstairs. The staff at second hotel said they would not even consider sending anyone's there. So glad to be out

It wasn't what the pictures showed in the ad and it was too late to cancel by the time we got there. The shower didn't work(the bath tub did), the only thing i can say good is there wasn't any bugs. It was a room with a/c, a soft bed, t.v. and a bathroom.

Overall experience was amazing for the cost. Half the rate as some of the chains with 1000% more customer service!!! All staff was super friendly, informative and just wonderful! While it is a motel without the revenue as most of the fancy competitors, I would stay here over any of those places just because of the staff!!!

The hallway smelled like vomit and stail cigarette smoke. There was a person smoking on the steps outside my room

I paid for the 1 night I could not cancel and handed them the key to the room back and told them i wasn't staying there

Stay away from this place. You will not get even you will pay for. The receptionist was nice and friendly and bedding was clean. The room smell like bar with heavy smokers and was in very poor condition. Dirty carpet, hole in the door, sticky doors, disgusting dirty arm chair. Noise all night. We will never return to this place.

You get what you pay for…shower was broken and cockroaches sightings were frequent. Other than that staff was great and beds were good. WiFi worked.

The price was amazing! In these days finding a motel/hotel for und $75 a night is rare, the rooms are clean, the stay was quiet, I recommend staying here if your not into paying over gouging prices that other motels charge for the same quality. Thank you Royal Inn for the pleasant stay! I'll definitely spread the word!

It's hard to describe accurately, but the room wasn't, "dirty," per say, but it felt gross. The smell of the room wasn't pleasant, but I couldn't really figure out why. There wasn't any trash anywhere and the bed looked fine, but something told me to sleep on top of the covers, not in.
Look I've got really low standards especially for cheap places like this. I'd give almost every Motel 6 room 5 stars for the price point. This place just felt run down and poorly taken care of. If my car wasn't full of stuff I would've just reclined my seat and slept in my car and I would've been more comfortable and gotten more than 2 hours of sleep.

You do your own house keeping and the facility is definitely outdated. It's cheap and if you're looking for a roof and shower and nothing more, it will do. The room was a bit musty so bring your own air freshener.

The woman at the desk was awesome, but the room was far less than desirable. It smelled like it was absolutely soaked in [human?] urine. I dont mean a little, i mean it was like being in a dirty diaper pail. The stench was HORRIBLE. The mattress, well, i slept on springs, there was no padding between the innersprings and the mattress fabric. There also seems to be a bug issue. I saw several dark insects on the walls. The room itself was well cleaned. I really wish i could say better things,(because the clerk was so nice and the outside was respectable) but i just cant. It was a miserable night because of the overwhelming pee smell.
