relaxing and great spot..

This was such a luxurious experience and it was perfect for my honeymoon! The beaches are pristine and the views from the rooms are stunning. I’ve also never had better service at a resort before. The only caveat is that there are 3 restaurants onsite (that are quite expensive) and you’ll need to eat at those for lunch and dinner since there’s nothing else around.

Staff unaware , staff make mistakes , whole property dirty , rooms and balconies dirty , decking around the pool broken and dangerous , breakfast limited options , dirty , food so bad was vomiting in breakfast. I would never recommend this hotel.

Great experience overall. Starting at checkin with Abraham.. excellent service. By far the best bed on our vacation. Even eclipsing the bed at the Mandarin. Great beach as well. Low season so there was some lack of attentiveness on the beach. Squash court and outdoor wooden spa was being repaired. John Bakker was great and educational in his approach on the cuisine. Will be returning

Beautiful location and views, with exceptional facilities and great design. We stayed in late October, in low season but the 24/25C temperatures suited us fine. The gym, spa and medical facilities are outstanding. We enjoyed the food, which was provided at the main and one beachside restaurant at that time of year unlike high season when more restaurants operate. Prices reflect the luxury status of the resort. We found many of the Turkish dishes to be the most enjoyable - many were unfamiliar to us and we enjoyed exploring the menu and wine list. Don’t miss (among others) the seafood bulugama, the pide, and the gozleme station to the left of the outdoor part of the main restaurant. The location is remote and the one hour transfer from Bodrum airport on the twisty road is not a joy, even in a luxuriously trimmed Mercedes Vito taxi. It’s a luxury resort and trips to other locations, such as Ephesus, are quite pricey, so it’s best if you will enjoy the resort’s facilities rather than wanting to take trips. The standard deluxe rooms are very generously sized and there is a serene, high quality vibe to the whole design,

Great hotel in the middle of nowhere, road from Bodrum airport is very damaged and bumpy. Booked a ridge terrace room with pool which is a bit overpriced ($1’000 per night in august). Room indoor is small and not all of them have a full sea view as advertised. the first room I had (6018) had very limited view while second one was much better (6036). Service at Sage restaurant for lunch and diner is a disaster, a lot of waitresses walking around totally lost and disorganized, clearly this restaurant lacks management, Quality of the food is great at every restaurant but everything is pricey. SPA and fitness are great but again massages are expensive (EUR 175 for 60 min). Overall it s a great hotel but you pay a lot for the Six Senses brand which at the end doesn’t bring much and you can get same or better hotels in Greece for less.

we had a bad smell problem in our room and it took a bit long to get it solved. Second room we have been given was also dirty. overall service is good at the hotel, staff is extremely helpful. breakfast is also amazing.

Amazing facility and premises. A number of small private beaches are accessible along a beautiful coastline. Rooms are well designed - luxuriously comfortable. A wonderful getaway especially if youre looking for a proper spa / gym / fitness / healthy food options. Staff (esp at the more junior level) could use a bit more training - they are all friendly enough and I think the right intention is there - but just understanding of how things should be in a 5 star hotel and the level of anticipation/professionalism involved. Language also an issue but you get that everywhere - its more how they deal w/ things despite that. Overall though would recommend and definitely consider going back

Not easy to reach by road and not clearly signalled, the Six Senses Kaplankaya Hotel is nested in a pristine bay surrounded by a well-planned and well cared Mediterranean vegetation. The air and the sea water are pristine and the walk in the morning was an experience for all senses.What makes this Hotel stand out in the Turkish and International offer is the service that a well-trained crew provides to guests. Friendly efficient and impeccable with a special mention to Mr. Taner Unlen (GEM) who went all the way from arrival to departure to make us feel welcomed and cared for. A gigantic SPA offers most of the imaginable facilities and tools for body care and relaxation. The beach is well planned and serviced while the two pools are pure architectural jewels. The main restaurant offers a “spoiled for choice” breakfast and a very elegant buffet for dinner. The “Wild Thyme” a la carte restaurant has an excellent selection of Turkish specialities both in fish and meat.The hearing sense is the only area of complain: the staff was very quick and very efficient to move us from room disturbed by the air conditioning systems, the new room was noisy as well, one floor above the restaurant and the parking of the electric cars serving the complex. the night of Friday a party on the beach kept the guest awake till the first hour of the morning with loud disco music. The fifth sense was left wanting for better: the sixth sense, the feeling of wellbeing, was in any case very happy.

Super nice place, very kind staff, good food, villas in great conditions with a nice view. The spa is crazy huge!
