As usual, our stay at the Arizona Inn was excellent. Always super clean, and the folks who run it are very VERY friendly and accommodating. They’ve updated many of the rooms. Stay in this motel, cant beat it!

Quiet and clean, my two priorities for a place to stay while traveling. An older property. The only issue I had with my room is the door needed weather stripping to keep the cold out.

I guess im im behind the times 85 dollars for a no frill room with no breakfast and no pool seems somewhat expensive

Our stay was great. It was a one night stay in their large room/suite with 3 queen beds and a door between rooms. Clean and comfortable. We felt safe with our eBikes on the car rack overnight. They have plenty of security cameras. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Mr. D's is a great Rt.66 diner a short walk past the large locomotive train park.

It’s a basic motel. It’s clean and quiet. Our room was updated. It had a fridge with freezer and microwave. It was comfortable. No coffee machine and no breakfast.

This was a good hotel for an overnight stay. Conveniently located off of interstate 40. It’s not a new property. The rooms have been updated/renovated. The porcelain tile used in the shower was beautiful. Perhaps the bathroom floor could use a deep clean, but it was okay and pretty typical for this type of hotel. The room was fine. It was quiet and peaceful. We slept well. Would stay here again. Cut

For such an old hotel, the room was quite nice. There was a weird stain on the chair, the AC is really loud, the microwave was on it’s last legs and there was tissue stuffed in the peep hole…
For the price, no complaints.

A bit dated but very clean and comfortable. Restaurants in the immediate area were closed. Apparently the old part of town but definitely worth the cost.

How did this place get an eight plus rating? The facility is old and hasn't been updated. The door would stick. Poor repaint. No coffee maker or hair dryer. I stayed in six motels on my trip an this was the worst. The rating should be in the low seven's.

It was a great stay the only thing we thought was missing was a coffee maker in the room and also a little breakfast would had been nice, orangejuice and some cakes sre easy to provide..

This is an older property that has not been upgraded. The daily rate is inexpensive, so it was what we expected - an OK place to sleep but not much more. The staff was very friendly.

Arizona Inn was right on famous Route 66, just minutes from walking to some nice food places. Another review mentioned the proximity to the train, but we never heard it in the room.

It will do in a pinch. Older facility. Beds were comfortable and it’s a clean place. Booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds in each through Expedia as there were 5 of us. At check in was charged extra as the reservation said for 4 people, not 5. It was 2 rooms… capable of holding 8 people in total. Not cool.

We made choice to stay at lower less cost hotel. It had good reviews but tell you truth.even though many upgrades its older hotel in old town district or old part of Kingman.
could for just sleeping but older air conditioner older furniture and just ok. If yopu want just place to sleep then its your place. Parking lot fulll in morning if tells you anything

We arrived extremely late but the checkin woman was very kind. We ended up staying one less night than we had anticipated, and the property was quick to refund that night even though they were under no obligation to do so. The room was simple but very clean and comfortable beds. Lots of easy parking and quiet location.

The motel is close to old town Kingman and museums and outman highway. Dollar save supermarket close by and food options. A very basic motel, quiet and comfy bed. Floor was not clean, our feet left black in the shower off floor. Biggest complaint no coffee or tea supplied or available expect 6-9 in the morning and that was cold. Good value for cost and location but would go somewhere else due to lack of coffee facility

Always stay here when my friend from Prescott, AZ and I meet up. I live in Pahrump, NV and Kingman, AZ is half way between our homes. The staff at this hotel are friendly and accommodating, rooms are clean & comfortable & quiet. Always a great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay here. We had planned for just one night but ended up staying for two so we could fan out to things in the area that we wanted to do. Staff was great, room was clean and it's a great spot to hit the local museums and Rt. 66 attractions. They also have a small laundry but unfortunately the pool is no more. All in all a great budget stay with lots of pluses!

Although the property's exterior appears a bit tired, the rooms were clean and recently remodeled. At $65/night, this is a terrific value for the money. I will definitely stay there again.
