Great gotel. Wifi terrible

Location is great as was the suite I booked. For a hotel of this level, the breakfast buffet was average!

The close proximity to the Hard Rock made it difficult to sleep until after midnight.

I am in a wheelchair. Although not perfect it did meet my needs and the hotel worked hard to make my stay easier. Large rooms, wide doors, tile floors and a big counter with knee room made it great. Downside. Beds too close together so I couldn't access closet or safe or telephone and light switches. Staff was exceptional. Kind courteous quick to respond. I never opened a door or pushed myself up the ramp to the hotel. Plus the security would check where I was going and kept a close eye on me so I felt very safe. Even though the whole area and attitude of the people made me feel comfortable everywhere I went.

We had the 2 room signature ocean view 3 bed suite Excellent room and amazing view. Only thing I didn’t like is that it only covered 3 people for breakfast yet all rooms come in 2’s… so technically I should have had 4 people covered for… something that should be looked at. Apart from that great location and cannot beat that view :)

A wonderful hotel at the beach in the center of The city. The staff was always helpful and approachable. The rooms was modern and clean.

This was a great hotel experience! The staff is very professional and courteous, the loctation is perfect because its rightnacross the street from Pattaya Beach. Because the hotel itself sits a little away from the street, there was no real street noise heard in the room even though Beach Rd is a main thoroughfare (especially at night). The food options were great! Although the price for cocktails was a little pricey for the area, the environment made it acceptable. The only less than satisfying issue was how hard the bed mattress is. I understand that this may be the typical preference l, but I prefer a much more softer and plush mattress. I only took 1 star because this is only my preference and not a flaw of the hotel. If there was an option to add a mattress pillow top or to offer rooms with softer mattresses, this would be 5 stars! I definitely intend to visit this hotel again in the future!

It was a decent hotel. The one weird thing was that they charged me for an ashtray that broke on the balcony. The wind blew the table over and the ashtray broke when i wasn't even in the room. Next day I got a bill slipped under my door for 250 thai baht for the ashtray. Pretty lame. Felt like a really petty thing to do. I don't even smoke or use ashtrays! I requested a non-smoking room and here I am paying for a stupid ashtray. Hotels should realized a little good will goes a long way in building customer relationships. I come to Pattaya a few times a year. There are lot's of hotels to choose from. Is an ashtray worth losing a guest forever? I guess so for this hotel. I would not recommend staying here. You may be overharged for someing random.

Clean and big room

Good location, staff were all very helpful and nice. There was a Lack of storage in the room, only had 1 small drawer for all my clothes, asked for an additional chest of draws, but housekeeping only had a wooden clothes rack. Room was tired looking and definitely needed a makeover. Patio door frame was bowed so you could see daylight gap, light switch to bathroom was faulty, had to request maintenance to fix it, night watch security guard was very helpful and pleasant, so special thank you to him. He kept us all safe at night.

Very friendly and helpful staff in a great boutique style hotel. Walking distances to shops, markets and restaurants. Highly recommend, definitely want to return.

While the location of the hotel is superb, unfortunately, the soundproofing is not up to par. The noise from the pool and the hallway can be heard in the rooms, and the live band from the neighboring hotel is also audible. Additionally, the room has a strange odor that may be bothersome to some guests. For those seeking a peaceful stay, this hotel may not be the best option. However, if you don't mind a little noise and prioritize a great location just a minute's walk away from the beach, this could still be a good choice.

The location was great and breakfast was very good. We booked a corner Seaview room, and was given room 315, it overlooks the pool at eye level, pointless having a sea view room because you have to have the curtains pulled on to prevent anyone using the pool area looking directly in. The windows need tinting to prevent this. Disappointing room for the extra money.

Very friendly staff, great location, nice pool, secure parking. Room in ok condition though there was mould on the ceiling. Unfortunately the bed was so uncomfortable, very hard mattress and no topper. Not the type of bed that should be expected in a high end hotel. I had a further booking that I cancelled purely due to how uncomfortable the bed was and booked into another hotel

Nice place to stay. It was my 4th stay at this place.

Property was clean and smell decent, I would book again and recommend it.
