I had the most relaxing stay at La Quinta!!! Breakfast was great! The pool, the sauna, the exercise room all amazing! The staff every single one of them were super friendly, ready to assist with anything you needed. I would definitely book another stay here in Plainfield!!!!!

Staff was friendly,room was clean and eating area was clean. Only complaint was 2 days in a row there wasn't any soap or sanitizer in the restrooms near the dining area.

I waited almost 30 mins for housekeeping to bring towels. They barely pick up the phones when you call front desk …

Walls are very thin

It was pet friendly and no one bothered you I had my service dog with me and I had to leave her in the room when I went to see a sick person and they didn’t know she was in there I will stay there again

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff member. She gave us our room cards after doing the check in via her computer. We lug all our things up to the room and neither room card would work. Go back down and get them fixed. Go back up and check the room out to find trash in an area of the room not cleaned out. Go back down to tell her AND get more towels, since we were given a sparse amount. She apologized and did come upstairs herself to clean that area very thoroughly. Rest of the room was satisfactory. Shower was great! Breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. Powdered eggs and strange tasting breakfast sausage, neither of which were hot. Small selection of bread/bagel for toasting, danish, yogurt, 3 cereals to choose. Property in main hallway had buckets to collect multiple leaks on main floor. Property needs updating and cleaning throughout.

The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. You do have to let the front desk know if you want clean towels everyday. They are not supplied automatically.

Enjoyed this stay the best of all the places I've stayed in the last eight days.

This hotel is outdated. The phone in the room did not work. There wasn’t any bedding for the fold out sofa. There was a limited breakfast offering. The staff were friendly but the hotel appeared to be understaffed.

The front desk clerk was very friendly, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable but the air conditioner was very loud and rattling. Definitely needs upgrades. The breakfast was lacking :( very little fresh fruit, no yogart, etc

Where to start. I called on our way to make sure that our reservation was still intact, and got laughed at by one of the staff members.There was blood on our sheets. The doors were banged up, The times that it's supposed to be quiet we're not enforced, and the housekeepers were probably the loudest I've ever heard. Would definitely avoid this place in the future.

If you just need a place to sleep it’s OK. Chair in the room had a stain and the light in the bathroom was partially working. Very basic room and there is no housekeeping unless you stay 3 nights. The hallways and elevator are in rough shape.

I am reviewing again, altho I already sent the review w your initial request. Gray and black decor rather gloomy. One of the two bathroom lights was broken. Direct TV takes a full two minutes to come on, so at first we thought it was broken. Beds were comfy; shower strong, breakfast good and generous.

Lovely staff and quiet room. Would stay again.

Very quiet

While the hotel itself, including the room, was adequate, there were a few issues. We had to have our keys reprogrammed or replaced 4 times because it stopped working. We heard this same complaint from several other guests as well; however, the staff seemed unconcerned and said that every single one of us must have placed our keys near our phones or something to cause them to become demagnetized (we didn’t). The light in our neighbor’s room kept flickering, and when she went to the front desk the staff’s response was to ask her what she wanted them to do about it. Another guest helped her to resolve it- merely replacing a light bulb. There were only 2 towels for a 3-night stay- I had to request more. The breakfast was mediocre at best- the same hot foods every day- scrambled eggs and an unidentifiable sausage, packets of plain oatmeal but no toppings, and a few assorted muffins and breads. There were waffles as well but I did not try them. The coffee was good. There was no air conditioning in the hallways and it was absolutely stifling. We will not stay at a LaQuinta ever again.

Mold around the outside of the tub…. That’s really the only thing.

The room was disgusting! It smelled like feces, and the carpet was so wet that the water squished up between our toes.

I have stayed here many times over the past 10 years. The hotel is getting run down. It looks like people may be living there long term - maybe on a government program.

Very comfortable hotel. Could use some updating and room was musty. No room service, but always had clean and fresh towels when asked. Front desk staff are very friendly and attentive. Special shout out to Jasmine. Always makes me feel welcome when I come back each year!

Walk/roll in shower

Breakfast is a joke. Owner is obviously a cheapskate. 90° and making the staff work with no a.c. in the lobby or hallways (unplugged). AC and vents in the rooms literally haven't been cleaned in years. I'm staying elsewhere next time.

Comfortable hotel. It is located in a solitary area, which I like. However, I wish there were more breakfast options; food is a bit bland as well. Either than that, I had a good experience here.

Really great hotel, had everything we needed. Very well kept, and the inkine check in/ check out made it very easy.

Had plumbing issue, but no maintenance on property to resolve. Room "felt" humid and carpeting felt "moist" under feet...maybe par for area given summer weather.

Great stay, very accommodating. I accidentally booked rooms that wouldn't house the amount of people we had, they went above and beyond to fix my mistake. Great hotel, would definitely stay again.

The room was extremely clean and well stocked upon arrival. The only downfall was the air conditioner was not on and took awhile to cool the room down.

Comfortable bed; very quiet; location; mid size hotel with nice amenities and decorations!

Was there for dtr’s wedding. Staff was friendly and very accommodating, went above and beyond to help us with some wedding details.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with no staff in the lobby area and a bell that did not work. When getting to our room, it wasn't too bad at first glance but we later found that it was not very clean, and there was mold in the bathtub/shower area of the bathroom. Additionally to this, after pulling out the couch into a bed, we found that there were all types of stains all over the mattress with no bedding to cover them. When telling the lobby staff this, we were told "they would try to find another room." After deciding to stay at a different hotel, we were able to get a refund but overall it was a disaster.

Did not like the fact that you have to be put on a list prior to getting your room cleaned and bedding changed. That should be automatically done on the 2nd day! Had to get our own towels for the first few times. Otherwise it was great and Jessica was wonderful and handled everything from there. Had a wonderful time after the hiccup, 😆
