The place is very clean, neat and modern. The staff are very knowledgeable on our inquiries about the hotel and beautiful places we can visit. The staff are ready to offer transport facilities we need. Food are good and just enough for us to consume. Its a wholesome place to stay for families.

Absolutely terrible people. Let someone stay fraudulently on my account, when told, refused to cancel stay or even kick out the scammer. If they are willing to steal from me, imagine what they are willing to do to you?

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for the room and excellent value for the meals. I was especially impressed with the digitally controlled air conditioning. We set the desired temperature and never had to get up and adjust it again.

Staff was friendly and set up free airport drop off immediately once at hotel. I showed up earlier than 2pm (check in) and they got me into a room as one got cleaned.

Our first time in Bohol glad i have book a hotel with accomodating staff, good food, comfortable room.Definitely will come back

The room was so loud we could barely sleep. The front desk said the traffic would die down at 10 pm but it never stopped. Then in the morning light went right through the curtains and woke us up early. There was also a weird Smokey smell in the room and the shower was intermittently hot and cold. the staff were very nice. However the breakfast was mediocre and they wanted to charge us for a refill on coffee and only gave us one egg each which was very poorly cooked. Overall for the price we would definitely recommend staying somewhere else

Room is clean and tidy. Staff are very accommodating.

Checking in/out was a breeze. The room (202) was oddly shaped and facing the road. You can hear the sound of the vehicles. We can also hear the voices of our neighboring room as if they are inside our room. Imagine what else you could hear during the night. The room was not sound proof considering it was facing the road. It is a glass walled with paper thin sun shield. The sun's ray (temp) is being magnified by the glass wall. I'm not discouraging you as I'm speaking for room 202 only, and I have not seen any other room. The Bathroom can only fit one person and also oddly shaped. No hot water in the shower but because the room temp was above body temp I appreciated the cold water. Housekeeping: The Rooms/Public area/lobby are spotlessly clean and well looked after. The breakfast: seems like buffet breakfast but it was actually assisted. I was not g even a one full slice of bacon (with all you can eat rice). I would be glad if it was a set breakfast instead. The chef in egg station seemed like just learning how to cook eggs (even with egg rings, the yolk is broken). WIFI: my LTE signal was more reliable. Kuya Guard/Bellman was very helpful in hailing local transportation. Frontdesk staff just doing the standards, no noticeable extra mile. The elevator was set in a sloth speed. They offer Free airport pick up/drop off, very comfortable. The Hotel was conveniently located a few minutes away from the busy city so most method of transportation are available.

Small dark room. Had to sleep sideways in bed to avoid hard edges of two mattresses put together the wrong way. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
