Nice Best Western Plus - one or two blocks off the Interstate, so there was no noise. Generous room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom - all you need to to relax while travelling. Check-in was friendly, and despite late reservations we got both of our rooms close together.

We asked for a ground floor room. We were accommodated. Above and beyond our expectations

Staff were so friendly and accommodating! They genuinely seemed to care about everyone's comfort. Rooms and facilities were really nice and clean. The mattress on our fold out couch was pretty flimsy and gross looking, but everything else about our stay was wonderful.

Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Checking on how well things were. They showed they really cared. Would stay there again.

Simple and very friendly checking in. Booked on hotels.com. Stay was great and confort was good. The morning breakfast was great too. There was one man that was asking if our stay was good if we had any concerns. He was dreesed like he worked their. I think thats awsome they attempt to make everyones stay was on key. Thats customer service. Bar does close at 11pm. but i was able to get a drink at 10:45 which was close to closing.

The only issue we had was not getting more towels and wash cloths after being requested morning time around 9am and we didn’t receive until 3p. Other than that the place was nice and clean.

The check-in process was easy and the staff was very kind and helpful. However, the condition of the hotel was not what you would expect for a Holiday Inn. The bathroom in our room was less clean than we would have liked and the swimming pool was very unkept. The plus is that we could smell the chlorine, but there was mold or algae growing on the sides and the hot tub area was completely disgusting. The overall stay was fine and the staff made up for the unclean condition, but I expected nicer for a Holiday Inn and the price we paid.

Booked a night here as a half way point on a road trip. I’d never stayed here before but it was a good price and it looked better than others, especially with a jacuzzi in the room. What a way to relax and be able to watch TV and wind down for the evening. Amazing hotel. Was even more impressed with the breakfast! It was not the typical hotel breakfast that you’d expect. The eggs were real eggs, not the powdered stuff you usually see. And the potatoes were homemade and delicious. Very top notch food which I was shocked and absolutely impressed with. This stuff will make you always plan to stay here when passing through and in need of a hotel. Definitely on my top spot for a good nights sleep in Ardmore OK.

I booked a king, non-smoking jetted tub room for a concert at Windstar Casino two weeks in advance. I picked this place specifically because I wanted to relax in a jetted tub - I paid extra for a jetted tub room and I pre-paid and picked the non-refundable option because I had no expectation of not arriving. However, when I arrived, I was not told a jetted tub room was not available and was given a room on the third floor. Once I arrived at the room, it was clearly not a jetted-tub room - front desk said they could not help me because I booked through Hotels.com - contacted Hotels.com via chat, was told to talk to the manager, tried to as I was leaving for my concert and was still told they could not help me. All I wanted was to be refunded the extra cost of the jetted tub room. Today I got an email from Hotels.com to say the hotel would not refund me as I picked a non-refundable option and they have a strict cancellation policy. I am now pursuing this through Paypal and I will also be making a claim through BBB. No one would pay for something they didnt get. Both Hotels.com and Best Western have lost my business. In addition, there was no stopper in the tub we did have, so we couldnt even take a regular bath...bed was rock hard, pillows small and neighbors talked till 3AM.

We had a kitchenette room which was a great choice for us as we can't eat at restaurants due to food allergies. There was a medium size fridge with freezer so much better than the usual mini fridge! Breakfast had many choices and was great for us. Plain boiled eggs, oatmeal with almond milk and fruit - things we could eat. Not all hotels have these items. For others, you can have waffles. Bagels, sausage, biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, yogurt, etc., etc. Very Nice! Glad we chose to stay here!

Went to WinStar for my birthday! We chose to stay @the BestWestern and it was phenomenal! Clean lobby, clean rooms and friendly staff! Breakfast was great! We didn’t get to hop in the pool but I did take a peek and it looked clean! Many places around for lunch and dinner and shopping- and a few small casinos in the area as well. Very happy with our stay! Thank you!!

Nice well- kept property with a courteous and accommodating staff. Property was convenient to dining and interstate. A complete, hot breakfast with many options, juice and coffee included in the price and open six to nine thirty. Lots of highway infrastructure workers were our fellow guests but they were generally quiet and left early. I would recommend this place for a clean upscale but reasonably priced stay. Again very helpful staff.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was big and spacious for our family. The hotel was accommodating to request but when you book a suite for a family of 6, you would think they would have it stocked for such. Had to ask for extra blankets for the pull out couch, only had 2 towels in bathroom, and only had 1 coffee pod. The pool was ice cold. I know it’s summer but an indoor pool still needs to be warmed since it don’t get sun. Overall I would stay here again and recommend them.

Excellent stay. Rooms were very clean, and the customer service was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was very good even going in close to the shut down time. They made sure we had fresh. The potatoes were delicious! Will for sure go back!
