We had some issues with the air conditioning system in our room. The system seem to struggle to try to keep the room cool. We didn’t notice this till around 1 AM so we didn’t report it knowing that we would not want to change rooms at that time of the night. We were on the second floor in room 235 and had people running and jumping on the floor above us. Well pass midnight. The noise finally subsided about 1:30AM and due to the hour we felt it would be impractical to report it or to change rooms.
Aside from the issues mentioned, the facility was well maintained, attractive and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and welcoming. We’ve stayed there several times, and I’ve usually been quite satisfied with our stay.

We loved our stay at Embassy suites. The best part is they dont cheap out on amenities. We got free water bottles and daily snacks every day. Quality of complimentary breakfast is pretty good. Will definitely stay again

Our stay way great. The hotel was very family friendly but we also got to enjoy a couple of drinks pool slide. The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s close to everything.

We had a guest speaker come to town and we put him and his assistant up in this hotel, and they couldn’t stop raving about how nice it was and how they felt like they were in luxury. Our interaction with the hotel before they arrived was also excellent. To be honest, we didn’t know, this hotel was even in our area and when we stopped by to drop off a basket, we left saying that we had found a hidden gem.
