Very comfortable stay 300m to Nagoya station Near plenty of eateries Highly recommended

Always stay here when visiting Nagoya thanks to the cozy beds and incredible views from the room.

Location near train station and comfortable is good. But, Breakfast is not worth to pay as I cannot find regular Japanese dishes while those are normaly served in other 4 star hotel.

it was just one night. i thought the bathroom was at a slighly lower level than the rest of the room. had the impression that it might have been recently refurbished but still an older bathtub etc. situation.

This is the second time I stayed at this property while traveling to Nagoya. The property is well maintained and I choose it because of the Mitsui Garden brand, public bath, and location. The view from the room is also a great asset of this property.

Good location for traveling around

Very close to railway station was great. A nicely preserved hotel although dining options at the hotel was limited. No room service and the restaurant seemed to fill up quickly leaving us with no option but to eat out. Not a huge problem normally.

The hotel is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. The view from the hotel lobby and restaurant is excellent! A good variety of food for breakfast. It is also very close to the Nagoya JR station and underground. Large shopping malls nearby.

This hotel is located in the front of Nagoya station area and very convenient with under pass. Very Clean and comfort for the room and public spaces. In addition, breakfast is tasty as well as plenty of food.

No harder pillow can provide for choose Requesting iron and iron board but not available Many people during breakfast time and need to wait outside

It is a good facility. But its breakfast at the restaurant is too expensive and poor.

Typically hotels in Japan are small. But i am happy to stay in Mitsui and Mitsui chain would always be the first choice when finding accomodation in Japan.

We had a lovely stay. It was a very convenient location, close to Nagoya Station and lots of restaurants nearby.

Only stayed one night, to meet up with our Kiso tour. If there longer longer, I'm sure we would have found its location in the city to be perfect.

Location is extremely convenient as it is just a few minutes walk from Nagoya Station. Breakfast has variety of choice and delicious. As all guest rooms are at 18 /F, view is perfect. Staff are polite and helpful.

Gorgeous hotel with amazing views in heart of Nagoya. Modern upscale hotel with lobby on the 18th floor and rooms starting from floor 19. Great location near transportation and business and tons of shopping. There was a nice amenities bar for things that weren’t in your room. Also spa/onsen baths for men and women. (Tattoos not allowed unless they could be covered). Beds were pretty comfortable albeit small. And rooms were standard Japanese sized so keep that in mind. Nice soaking friendly tub in the room! Look forward to staying here again next time I am in Nagoya!
