Good quality, still new and fresh hotel located in the centre of Minsk. Good restaurant, nice bar with terrace and a bar at 21st floor. Everything clean and fresh. Standard size room.

I would like to share with you mi experience about this hotel
I book my room with a terrace: when we enter our room in our terrace was missing table and chairs, there was nothing, empty terrace! I called them on reception, and I told them I need everything the same how it was on picture, after a while they brought small table and two small chairs (
And one more thing about this hotel : that they have casino on 5 floor , and from this casino all flors smells cigarette, specially in elevator, extremely!
And in restaurants which located down , the service it’s so slow , and they are not paying attention to customers!
Cleaning was very good 👍

I have stayed in this hotel a few times & always prefer it for its high standards.

It’s my third or fourth stay in this hotel. My previous stays were very good but this stay was unpleasant. They care social distance in breakfast but they don’t care social distance in dinner. Dinner was fully occupied with social distance. They doesn’t allow cigarette but they allow electronic cigarettes. I asked for a coffee 3 times and finally I went to reception to get it. I wish ; management will correct it soon.

i would say that this hotel is one of the best in Minsk. good service at check in and nice rooms. the hotel is next to a large shopping mall and the river so location is great, in the middle of the city. What stands out is the breakfast. it was amazing and is the reason we will book this again! highly recommended! the only thing we would change is to add a pool.

Absolutely phenomenal service; hotel is located in a great area of Minsk from where you can explore on foot or by taxi/public transport.
Check in/out was a breeze, staff were friendly and mostly spoke English, property itself was connected to a large shopping mall with a supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Setting up a shuttle to the airport was easy, the rooms were large, modern, and clean.
Honestly, I have nothing critical to say.
If I’m ever back in Belarus, I would definitely rebook!
