When we checking out front desk are not helpfully about the carrying the luggages to taxi ! We drive luggage car to taxi by our selves !

Nice, clean, fresh hotel, with very good location, very good breakfast, nice sky bar, and a comfortable room. Only strange issue - hot water in the bathroom is not a problem, but making water cold in a bahroom is very problematic - and I meet this problem second time in this hotel.

I would like to share with you mi experience about this hotel I book my room with a terrace: when we enter our room in our terrace was missing table and chairs, there was nothing, empty terrace! I called them on reception, and I told them I need everything the same how it was on picture, after a while they brought small table and two small chairs (And one more thing about this hotel : that they have casino on 5 floor , and from this casino all flors smells cigarette, specially in elevator, extremely! And in restaurants which located down , the service it’s so slow , and they are not paying attention to customers! Cleaning was very good Reception staff was good The hotel located in the center of the city , which is good

It’s my third or fourth stay in this hotel. My previous stays were very good but this stay was unpleasant. They care social distance in breakfast but they don’t care social distance in dinner. Dinner was fully occupied with social distance. They doesn’t allow cigarette but they allow electronic cigarettes. I asked for a coffee 3 times and finally I went to reception to get it. I wish ; management will correct it soon.
